給愛吃炸物又怕胖的朋友

🍄食譜：
一包美人菇（或任何你喜歡的菇類）
一匙麵粉
一顆蛋
蒜頭
巴西里
海鹽
黑胡椒
卡宴辣椒
優格
黃芥末醬
零卡甜菊液或羅漢果糖漿

🍄作法：
先把美人菇切塊
把吐司放入氣炸烤箱烤到金黃酥脆
被我偷吃了幾口
放入塑膠袋中
敲打成粉狀
打一顆蛋
加入蒜泥
攪拌均勻後
準備一個新的小盅
加入一匙麵粉
黑胡椒
海鹽
卡宴辣椒粉
巴西里
攪拌均勻之後
將美人菇沾一層香料麵粉
裹上蛋液
最後包覆一層麵包粉
就可以送入氣炸烤箱
兩面200度各烤7分鐘
挖一匙特調的低卡優格芥末醬
就完成啦！

🍄RECIPE:
cut mushrooms into quarters
Bake 1 toast until golden and crisp.
Transfer the bread to a plastic bag.
gradually crush the bread into crumbs.
Beat 1 egg and minced garlic
Whisk in a small bowl
In another bowl,
Add 1 tsp flour
Black pepper
sea salt
Cayenne pepper
Parsley
Toss the mushrooms in the flour
then dunk it in the eggs
finally toss them in the breadcrumb
Push the basket into the fryer
and cook for 360°F 7 mins both side
Serve with this healthy yogurt mustard dipping sauce.
Air Fryer Mushroom pairs well with this dipping sauces

How to make Japanese Bento box
簡単・節約・毎日が楽しくなるお弁当づくりを紹介します。
▼今日のお弁当メニュー
　ごはん＋柴漬け
　白滝チャプチェ
　アスパラ卵焼き
　ミニトマト

【白滝チャプチェ】
＜材料＞
　白滝　1袋（160g）キッチンバサミで数カ所カット
　玉ねぎ　1/8こ（45g）薄切り
　人参　20g　細切り
　ピーマン　1個（30g）細切り
　エリンギ　1/2本　細切り
　豚肉（牛肉でも）　120g　食べやすい大きさにカット
　いりごま　適量

（下味＆タレ）
　塩コショウ…小1/2
　おろしニンニク…小1/2
　砂糖…小２
　みりん…大１
　しょうゆ…大３
　ごま油…大１

＜作り方＞
１　野菜と肉をそれぞれカットしておく。
２　下味＆タレにお肉を漬け込む。
３　フライパンに油を引かず、白滝を乾煎りする。
４　白滝の水分がしっかりついたら、端において豚肉を加える。
５　続けて野菜を加えて炒め、残りのタレを加えて更に炒め合わせる。
６　最後にいりごまを振る。
※前日に、材料すべてタレに漬け込んでおけば朝は焼くだけでOKです。

【お弁当の詰め方】
１.温かいご飯をお弁当箱に詰め、冷ましておきます。
２.温かいおかずもお皿にとって冷ましておきます。
　 前日のおかずを使う時は、レンジでよく温め直し、冷まします。
３.ご飯とおかずが詰まったら、よく冷めていることを確認してから蓋をします。

【腐敗防止】
★抗菌シートを使用する。
★お弁当を詰める前に、容器を酢やキッチン用アルコール除菌などで軽く拭いておく。
★トマトのヘタは取ってよく洗って入れる。
★ご飯を炊く時に、酢や梅干しを一緒に入れて炊く。
★保冷剤、保冷バックを使用する

【抗菌効果があると言われているもの】
★大葉、笹の葉、生姜、梅干し、わさび　など
※梅干しは接した部分のみしか抗菌効果がないそうです。

!!注意事項!!
※生もの（半熟卵等）を扱う動画があります。
