Day 3 in Tokyo was a busy one for us - not only did we meet our friend Phoebe, we used our Tokyo Metro 3 day pass to the max!
1) Odaiba - for those who had watched Digimon - you might remember the Fuji TV station as the setting for one of the key episodes!
2) Decks Mall - there are a few outlet-style malls near the station and we headed to Decks Mall to check out the 50/60s street on its 2nd floor
3) Quick stop to the beach! Odaiba is an artificial island and the beach is quite lovely.
4) We headed to Tsukiji Fish Market via Shimbashi station, where we stopped and admire a clock
5) Tsukiji Fish Market food-adventures! We ate two different meal, both involving tuna.
6) We headed to Ginza for a quick look around the district before having pancakes at Egg n Things
7) Then it's off to Ueno/Taito area, where we visited the Kyu Iwasaki-tei House
8) Shinobazu pond with its lovely lotus
9) the Ameyoko shopping street
10) Fuuunji dip ramen noodles!
