在新加坡，我們會慶祝種族和諧日。
唸書的時候，同學們會穿上各種不同宗族的服飾。
記得我有一次到印度同學家，借了她的紗麗穿。他媽媽人超好的！幫我選了一件雪紡粉色的又教我、幫我穿還給了我額頭的飾品完成的我的傳統印度造型！真是大方又闊氣，紗麗不便宜啊！
我真的很佩服他們，天氣那麼熱還要層層被布料包住。我也不敢吃東西因為穿紗麗要露一大截的肚子！

During racial harmony day, we change our race!
To celebrate and have an experience, I borrowed a sari from my Indian classmate and her mum is all nice and helpful to pick a suitable one for me to wear. It was a chiffon pink and white piece, finished the look with a bindi.
Wearing a sari is no joke, I didn't dare to eat cos I had to bare my midriff! I also wondered how they keep themselves cool and comfortable in e hot weather with all the cloth pleating and wrapping around?
Dressing up was fun tho! I had lotsa fun with my classmates, many peektures were taken!
