由 Paulig Barista Institute 日前發表的 2019 咖啡趨勢預測，覺得有趣的是其中有一項 COUNTRY-SPECIFICS也就是所謂的不同國家有其咖啡文化、飲用方式、沖煮方法等，筆者希望可以看到更多這樣的文化走向國際，並且大膽預測下一個咖啡飲用潮流來自東方。

其中也提到，延伸咖啡的概念，咖啡早已經不只是一杯飲品， it can take the form of chocolate bar, popsicle or a lip balm and it can be mixed into beer, soda or liqueur or used in making sneakers. 。

以及更特殊的處理法，還有用更多科技的方式感受咖啡的五感體驗等等。

Guess what? #SiennyLovesDrawing just had an intensive coffee learning from Mr Yuan of Big Three Coffee Academy! She has learnt how to be a barista & latte art. Her 1st latte art done was a big love (big heart) ❤️ with the guidance from Mr Yuan (Low Shiann Yuan 刘献元)!

Mr Yuan is the 1st Malaysian qualified for Q-Arabica & Q-Robusta coffee grader from Coffee Quality Institute. He is also a Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) Coffee Diploma holder & Authorized SCAE Trainer. He is a magazine columnist for The Entrepreneur Magazine aka 马来西亚《企业家杂志》. Mr Yuan is definitely a humorous person to learn your coffee knowledge from where without a single boring moment, but capture your full attention & with lots of laughters throughout! 😃😆
