近日重溫了大賣空(the big shot)的電影，電影中幾個主角不約而同去實地或大量去找關於美國次案的資料。何惜他們不約而同都犯了「太早睇淡或太早睇好都系死罪」。其實唱好唱淡的理據從來也不缺少。這也令我近日不停地去思考一個問題:在坊間主流認爲價值投資及基本分析才是投資的王道，但在「到底什麽是價值?」「誰在彌定價值」或「價值到底是主觀的還是客觀的？」?如傳統商學院教授的資本資産定價模型(CAPM)，股息貼現模型(dividend growth model)，或近年大熱的本益成長比(PEG)等，相信很多分析師及從事投資行業也對非常熟悉。但爲何市場上的每次的牛市及熊市都沒有提前預警?
