คนทำธุรกิจทุกคนล้วนต้องเผชิญกับการแก้ปัญหาหลายด้าน เพื่อให้ธุรกิจเติบโตและให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งใจไว้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการบริหารธุรกิจ หรือการสร้างคอนเนกชั่น การเข้ากลุ่มเข้าสังคม

คนสไตล์แบบ Introvert คือกลุ่มคนที่ใช้เวลาอยู่กับความคิดของตัวเองมากกว่าการแสดงออก ชอบคิด และอยู่กับตัวเองมากกว่าการพูดคุยเข้าร่วมสังคม ส่วนคนสไตล์แบบ Extrovert จะตรงข้ามกับ Introvert เป็นกลุ่มคนที่รักการเข้าสังคม ชอบแสดงออก มีความถนัดในเรื่องการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับคนรอบข้าง

คนที่ชอบการเก็บตัวมากกว่าการเข้าสังคม ไม่ใข่เรื่องแปลกหรือแย่ แต่เป็นบุคลิกภาพส่วนตัว ที่สามารถทำธุรกิจได้เช่นกัน ถึงแม้ว่าจะปฎิเสธไม่ได้ว่า การทำธุรกิจต้องพบปะผู้คน ต้องสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ร่วมงานธุรกิจ และลูกค้า ดังนั้นจะต้องมีวิธีแก้ไขปัญหา หรือทำธุรกิจแบบคน Introvert

1.ใช้เครื่องมือ Social Media
คน Introvert หลายคนสบายใจที่จะแชทผ่าน Social Media มากกว่าการพุดคุย เช่น Facebook Instagram Line ฯลฯ ทำให้สามารถสื่อสารพูดคุยกับลูกค้าได้ และสามารถทำธุรกิจ หรือทำการตลาด ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ไดด้วย เช่น Website Facebook page , Lazada และ Shopee

และถ้าหากคุณต้องการที่จะสร้างตัวตน หรือโปรไฟล์เพื่อเพิ่มความสนใจให้กับธุรกิจ (Personal Brand) คุณสามารถใช้เครื่องมือ Linkedin หรือ Matchlink เพื่อสร้างคอนเนกชั่น และความน่าเชื่อถือบนโลกออนไลน์ได้อีกด้วย

จะเห็นได้ว่าเครื่องมือออนไลน์ล้วนมีความสำคัญไม่ว่าคุณจะเป็นคนแบบ Introvert หรือ Extrovert ก็ควรจะรู้จักเครื่องมือและใช้งานให้เป็น

2. หา Partner
การทำธุรกิจจะต้องมีการสื่อสาร การขายงาน เจรจาธุรกิจ คน Introvert ก็หลีกหนีไม่ได้ ดังนั้นการหาคนแบบ Extrovert เข้ามาร่วมงานกันเป็น Partner หรือช่วยรับผิดชอบงานในส่วนที่เขาถนัด ส่วนเราไปรับผิดชอบงานด้านกลยุทธ์ หรือวางแผนงานที่ถนัดจะดีกว่า

หากว่าเราไม่สามารถหาคนสไตล์ Extrovert มาทำงานกับเราไม่ได้ ยังมีวิธีรับงานแบบพนักงานชั่วคราว (Freelance) มาร่วมงานได้ หรือมาเป็นที่ปรึกษา เพื่อให้คน Introvert สามารถทำธุรกิจต่อไปได้

จากที่กล่าวมา คนแบบ Introvert ไม่ใช่เขามีจุดด้อย แต่เป็นบุคลิกภาพเฉพาะตัวที่มีความถนัดกับการอยู่กับตัวเองมากกว่าอยู่กับคนอื่น และพวกเขาก็สามารถร่วมงานสังคมได้ปกติ เพียงแต่ว่าจะทำให้รู้สึกประมาทแสดงศักยภาพสุดสุดได้น้อยกว่าการอยู่กับตัวเอง ดังนั้น หากใครเป็นคนแบบ Introvert ต้องเข้าใจตัวเอง และทำธุรกิจในแบบของตัวเอง ก็สามารถประสบความสำเร็จได้

【VLOGᵢₒ 3】A HKD$3000 STAYCATION at the Murray Hong Kong N3 Grand Deluxe Room. Is it worth the stay or not?
香港美利酒店值唔值得住？有乜JETSO？3千蚊有乜包？睇呢條五周年紀念日VLOG就知！

What does the Murray Staycation Package include during my stay? My stay was on 1st September, 2020.
- Daily breakfast for Two in Tai Pan
- Complimentary parking at The Murray
- HKD 1,200 dining credit per night or three course menu in room
- Complimentary double upgrade in the same category

The only thing which is a bummer was the pool and spa area was closed due to the pandemic. So we chose Murray to stay in since Murray's pool area is not as fascinating as the other kid's in the block. The pool is indoor and not that spacious. If you don't mind not using the amenities, Murray could be the choice for you. Wait till the pool area is opened (which it is now), then visit some of the more prestigious hotel with amazing pool amenities.

Forgot to tell you there was a pillow menu and a RUBBER DUCK for your bathtub if you request. :D
