Eat yo greens☘🍃 I literally get cranky if I go too long without vegetables, as a kid, I'd beg my mum for veggies if she don't cook them 😂Do you eat 5 serves of veggies daily? 1 serve is 1 cup of leafy greens or ½ cup of non-leafy vegetables. To ensure I go above and beyond the 5 serves, I make most of my meals based on veggies, like a huge salad for lunch. Of course, I put other stuff into the meal, but my salads are legendary because they’re massive (if you watch our IG story, you'll know what I mean). I also have a greens protein smoothie every morning.
