《Bullet Train》改編自日本作家伊坂幸太郎嘅小說《マリアビートル (Maria Beetle)》，故事講述一群背景不同、互不認識嘅殺手，因為各自嘅原因同時坐上一班由東京到盛岡嘅日本東北新幹線，結果呢架子彈列車就成為各個殺手嘅舞台。

Netflix เจราจาขอซื้อสิทธิ์หนัง Sony Pictures
เพื่อลงสตรีมมิ่งแบบ หลังหนังเข้าฉายโรง
ตลาดสตรีมมิ่งเดือดระอุอีกครั้งเมื่อ Netflix ชนะประมูลคว้าสิทธิ์สตรีมมิ่งหนังเครือ Sony Pictures ทุกเรื่องเป็นเจ้าแรกหลังออกโรง เริ่มตั้งแต่ปี 2022 เป็นต้นไป (โดยตอนนี้จะยังมีผลแค่ใน อเมริกาเท่านั้น)
โดยสัญญานี้จะจะครอบคลุมไปถึงหนังที่ถือสิทธิ์ หรือ อำนวยการสร้างโดย Sony Pictures อย่าง Uncharted, Bullet Train (รวมถึงภาคต่อ), แฟรนไชส์ Jumanji และ Bad Boys ไปจนถึงหนังจาก Marvel ที่ Sony ถือสิทธิ์ตัวละครอยู่อย่าง Spider-Man ของ Tom Holland, Venom, Morbius และ Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse
นอกจากนี้ Netflix ยังมีข้อตกลง First-Look กับ Sony หากทางค่ายมีแผนสร้างหนัง/ซีรีส์ลงสตรีมมิ่ง ก็ต้องนำมาเสนอกับทาง Netflix ก่อนเป็นเจ้าแรก (เผื่อร่วมทุนสร้างกัน) อย่างไรก็ดีดีลนี้ไม่ได้ปิดประตู Sony ในการเจรจาธุรกิจร่วมกับสตรีมมิ่งเจ้าอื่น เพราะถ้าหากมีโปรเจกต์ไหนที่ Netflix ไม่สนใจทาง Sony ก็ไปขายให้ที่อื่นต่อได้
