[#洞見社會眼]一胎化政策下的悲歌
中國自1980年代開始，為了控制生育率，實施嚴格的一胎化政策，違反政策的人民會受到經濟與行政上的嚴厲處罰。
當「不孝有三，無後為大」與重男輕女等傳統觀念，碰上一胎化政策，許多女嬰與先天缺陷的孩子遭到父母無情拋棄在陰冷的角落，等待死神的到來，甚至是直接殺死。
而僥倖活下來的孩子，成了孤兒，只能靜靜等待好心人的收養。
有些幸運的孩子被慈愛又富裕的家庭收養，從此擁有了不一樣的人生；但也有些孩子，終其一生都無法等到這樣的機遇。
隨著中國社會越來越富裕，重男輕女的觀念也減輕許多，但一胎化政策依舊存在，使得被拋棄的孩子主要成了先天缺陷的孩子，不分性別。
現今的中國，根據官方統計，總共有600000名孤兒，但其他相關組織估計數字更接近一百萬名，且這個數字每年以10000名的速度持續增加。
而那些沒有被列入的有多少，沒有人知道。
為了解決棄嬰問題，中國政府在許多省分設立了收容所，但這始終不是根治的解方，只能避免棄嬰因為被隨意拋棄在不為人知的角落而死亡。
且這些收容所的數量，遠遠不足以容納所有棄嬰，社工人數也嚴重短缺。
近年中國政府放寬了一胎化政策，允許部分家庭生育二胎，這是否能有效減少棄嬰，我想還需要更長遠的觀察。
