We decided to pamper ourselves last night with dinner at Bukhari in COMO Uma Punakha. Menus are based on seasonal, local produce sourced by chef Dewa Wijaya, who delivers both Bhutanese and international dishes with strong flavours and finesse. I had the Bhutanese set menu which consists of buckwheat dumplings, grilled chicken curry with green mustard, cucumber salad with local cheese, chilli & cheese. The view here is marvellous, tou can see the scenic Mo Chu river.
