Switch things up a bit for #toasttuesday , which doesn’t involve toast 😅 Besides the clay oven rolls, this “dan bing” (or egg roll pancakes; Taiwanese omelette) is my another favorite kind of Taiwanese breakfast! The classic one is simply a thin crepe rolled and stuffed with egg, which I love it. However, some people like to stuff it with cheese, sausage, bacon, ham...etc you name it! The exterior is pan-fried to slightly crispy, and the egg is still soft in the center, even better with cheese to create the gooey-ooey texture! 😋

天氣忽然變涼了
早上就想吃暖呼呼的早餐
今天做了燒餅配杏仁豆漿

其實完成燒餅之後
才發覺做燒餅真的一點都不困難
而且好適合和孩子一起做喔

燒餅材料 可以做出8片：
餅身：中筋麵粉235g 鹽4g 熱水50ml 冷水100ml 油10ml
油酥：中筋麵粉80g 油60ml
另外準備：熟芝麻及糖



子供でも簡単に作れるレシピです。
外気温が低い時には、暖かい朝食を食べたいです。
焼餅を焼いて、杏仁豆乳を飲んで、
ママの愛情たっぷりの料理に、子供達もママの愛を感じますよ。
焼餅は自分でも組み合わせることできます。
ぜひ、お子様と一緒に料理を楽しんでください。
食材は中力粉・白ゴマです。
調味料は塩・砂糖・油・水です。
