Shin Ramyun- $4.35/pack
Army Stew Ramyun- $5.95/pack
Bokkeum Kimchi Dried- $5.95/pack
ARMY STEW RECIPE
You will need:
2 Packet of Army Stew
100 grams firm tofu
Spam
Sausage
200 grams shiitake mushrooms
200 grams enoki mushrooms
150 grams Korean rice cake
Green onion
Cheese
Egg
STEP 1
Create a broth by adding Army Stew Ramyun seasoning and a vegetable satchet to boiling water.
Add in Korean chilli paste.
STEP 2
Once that is stirred through slowly, add tofu, kimchi, mushroom, sausage, spam and rice cake. Place the lid on and simmer for a few minutes.
STEP 3
Once the ingredients are cooked, place the noodles in and simmer again for 3 minutes.
STEP 4
Add green onion, cheese and crack an egg!
CARBONARA STIR FRIED SHIN RAMYUN RECIPE
You will need:
Shin Ramyun 1 bag
1 Cup of Whipped Cream
½ Cup of Milk
1 Teaspoon of Shin Ramyun Soup Base
Bacon 3 strips
Mushroom 5 pieces
3½ oz of Broccoli
Onion ½
1 Teaspoon of Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Parmesan Cheese
½ Teaspoon of Salt
½ Teaspoon of Black Pepper
Young Leaves 10g
STEP 1
Stir-fry garlic, onion and bacon in an oiled pan.
STEP 2
Add whipped cream, milk, and Shin Ramyun soup base into the pan.
STEP 3
Boil Shin Ramyun noodle for 2 minutes and drain the noodles.
STEP 4
Add the boiled-noodle, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, and broccoli into the pan.
STEP 5
Put noodles on a plate, and top with young leaves

We love love love this cream of mushroom rice. It's so easy to cook and so so yummy. Another recipe that's work-from-home friendly. If you have a rice cooker, you can just stir fry the ingredients together before cooking it in a rice cooker - cook it in the same way as you would with plain white rice. We purposely used a dutch oven to show you how easy it is to make this dish even without a rice cooker. Try this recipe and let us know what you think. Happy cooking!

Ingredients:
Serves 3 pax
-------
15g butter
130g chopped red onion
170g skinless & boneless chicken thigh meat
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
A few dashes of white or black pepper
150g fresh button mushrooms (sliced)
300g Thai jasmine rice
270ml water (reduce to 250ml if you don’t want your rice to be too wet)
1 can (290ml) cream of mushroom
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 stalks of chopped spring onion
Note: this recipe works perfectly well in a rice cooker too. If your rice cooker doesn’t have the fry function, simply fry the ingredients in a pot over the stove then transfer everything into a rice cooker and cook like normal rice.
If you don’t have fresh mushrooms, canned button mushrooms work too. You can slightly increase the amount of onions used - doesn’t need to be exactly 130g. Hope this helps.

素食-蔬食「地瓜濃湯麵」的湯頭有天然的甜甜香味,濃稠的口感小朋友很喜歡,可以依個人喜好加入不一樣食材,小芭樂很喜歡吃菇類,所以芭樂爸放了珊瑚菇。如果不加入麵條,可以當成一般的濃湯喝,也可以加入白飯,變成濃湯泡飯,所以學會一種濃湯湯底,就可以變化出各種菜色,讓孩子吃到特別的一餐,營養美味的一餐。

You can add a variety of ingredients according to personal preferences.
Ernest likes mushroom very much, so daddy use many coral mushrooms inside the vegetarian "sweet potato soup noodles".
If you do not add noodles. It can be as a general thick soup to drink.
You can also add rice into the sweet potato soup. So if you learn a soup base, ou can change a variety of dishes you can. Let the children eat a special meal, nutrition, delicious meal.

烹調時間:10分鐘 食材費用:$60
我很喜歡吃不同做法的牛脷,這道菜易做亦很好餸飯或伴意粉。
材料
熟牛脷(切片、約1厘米厚) 1/2條
牛油 25克
洋葱粒 1湯匙
鮮蘑菇粒 2湯匙
忌廉磨菇湯 1/2半罐
雞湯 125毫升
鮮磨黑椒 1/2茶匙
做法
熱煎鍋,下牛油,快炒洋葱及磨菇約3分鐘。
慢慢加忌廉磨菇湯和雞湯攪拌至厚身,加黑椒。
再加入牛脷慢火煮3分鐘。上碟。
貼士
你可加入茄汁讓味道和顏色更豐富。
可伴飯或意粉。
OX TONGUE IN CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE
I love ox tongue in any form, but this dish is so easy to make and great with rice or pasta!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pc cooked ox tongue (sliced into 1 cm thickness)
25 g butter
1 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp diced fresh mushroom
1/2 tin of cream of mushroom soup
125 ml chicken broth
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
STEPS
Heat butter in pan, saute the onion and the mushrooms for about 3 min.
Add cream of mushroom soup and then the broth very slowly and stir until creamy. Add black pepper.
Add ox tongue and simmer for about 3 min. Serve.
TIPS
You can add a little tomato paste for color and different taste.
You can serve with either rice or pasta.
