已經一年多沒辦法出國旅行😌，唯有抓住夏天的尾巴，來個秋季國內旅行吧🍁！上個週末，我和老公就來到了這個充滿歷史痕跡的古鎮 - York 約克📸，由倫敦市中心King's Cross出發，坐兩個小時火車就到達了🚝，是個不錯的觀光城市，很適合英國一日遊🇬🇧，在英國的朋友可以考慮去看看！

妳從不知能深蹲蹲低的方法

增加深蹲的幅度可以提升訓練腿臀的效果。即使不用太大的重量，由於肌肉在較大幅度的收縮和伸展之下，會提升肌肉蛋白的橫橋作用（cross bridge mechanism），增加肌肉纖維破壞度而讓肌肉更快適應新的、更強的阻力或重量。

但是增加蹲低的幅度，必須是在正確的姿勢下進行才能達到以上談到的效果。

通常限制深蹲幅度的主要原因是來自於髖關節和腳踝的活動度，但是其實小腿前側「脛骨活動度」也是必須檢測的原因之一。

離心深蹲時（往下蹲），因為膝蓋的彎曲會讓大腿的股骨進行外旋，小腿的脛骨進行內旋。了解自己脛骨內旋是否有受限，或是兩腿發展不同，可以藉由一個簡單的居家測驗而得知，同時再利用簡單的彈力繩做練習，就可以達到平衡兩腳或是提升活動度的功效。
