今日好高興為BMW7系作葡萄酒講者，同下星期即將開幕嘅Haku日本料理Agustin 星級大廚一齊同BMW VIP (香港馬主協會）分享wine pairing! 我揀咗3支酒特別嘅葡萄酒去襯食物，包括Chateau Miraval Rose 2015(著名巨星Brad Pitt同Angelina Jolie嘅酒莊並被Decanter雜誌喻為世界最佳rose葡萄酒）、 Torello Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2010(西班牙Cava, 由1395年已開始有葡萄園釀酒，並獲獎無數）及香港只獲分約1000支嘅敖云紅酒（產自全球最高嘅葡萄園，位於中國香格里拉）！ 我仲同大家盲試紅酒，大家都以為飲緊Bordeaux烈級莊靚酒，完全估唔到佢係嚟自中國，大家都非常驚喜！而Chef Agustin嘅食物更令大家食得好滋味，非常愉快！
I'm so delighted to be the guest speaker of wine for BMW 7 Series event today and partner with celebrity Chef Agustin from Haku (which will be Grand opened next week) to do a wine pairing session for the VIPs of BMW ( HK racehorse owners association)! I picked 3 unusual wines to pair with Haku's signature dishes, including Chateau Miraval Rose 2015 (owned by renowned celebrities Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie & Decanter magazine named it as the best Rose in the world), Torello Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2010 ( award-winning Spanish Cava with vineyards growing grapes since 1395) & the limited Ao Yun red wine with less than 1000 bottles' allocation in HK (from the highest vineyard in the world in Shangrila, China)! I also blind tasted the red wine with the VIPs, they all guessed it's a grand Cru Bordeaux wine and were so surprised & amazed to know that it's an elegant wine from China! Guests are all delighted to try Chef Agustin's food as well! Awesome!
