音頻治療幫到什麼？有任何副作用/危險嗎？
這是常被問到的問題。音頻治療可以舒緩失眠，情緒問題，身體的痛，平衡七輪，接觸higher self等，也是一種心靈輔導。但其實最基本都是一種放鬆，讓人可以放下心裡的雜音，有指定的時間給自己，聽聽自己的心聲。好多時答案已經在心裡，只是我們找不到方法把它拿出來。
音頻治療沒有任何副作用或危險，因為用到的音頻是大自然裡找到的頻率，不是任何詭異東西。但說實話，唯一要注意的是音頻治療師和治療的地方的氣場，因為做治療的時候的確是一種能量交流，也會把人的靈性感應能力打開 🤍 要找令自己舒服的環境～

What can Sound Healing help & does it have any side effects/dangers?
One of my most received questions. Sound Healing can help resolve insomnia, emotional issues, bodily pains, balance chakras, aid connection to our higher selves and many other holistic health issues. At its essence is a deep relaxation, to give people time to focus on themselves and listen to their hearts. Often the answer is already within us but we can’t hear it. The resonance from the healing frequencies can help bring it out. There are no side effects or dangers, the only thing is to be aware of the healer and the healing space’s energy. After all, it is an energy exchange, you have to find somewhere you feel comfortable in. 🤍
