Doing this workout when NOT pregnant is one thing but let me tell you when pregnant you fight the gravity pulling you downwards against your spine and abs (7kg for me!) and then having trainer ADD even more Kg’s to my legs was 🔥💥🤯💪🏻 Fiyaaaaahhhh 😂 So luckily so much pilates has taught me how to engange my lower transverse abdominals without ‘popping’ out and straining the back. 👌🏻
