以烈酒來說 ，Rum為全球第四大並持續成長
2012 成立的Don Papa 來自菲律賓盛產甘蔗的內格羅斯島（Negros）又名Sugar Bowl ，距離馬尼拉一個鐘頭飛機，島上有活火山造就土質上的不同，導致甘蔗特大支特甜😏
一般知道蘭姆酒原料為甘蔗汁或甘蔗糖蜜
Don Papa 是以甘蔗糖蜜用連續式蒸餾器製成 
平均有8-9% Angel Share 
美國橡木桶大多來自- Jack Daniel

一聞便愛上、女孩的首選、發酵乳酸菌的風味（就是養樂多啦😋），這支真的超級推、除了乳酸風味外、當然還有果乾甜甜的口感。

🥃Don Papa 10y
波本桶、木桶特殊烘、Toast 過，比7y再更成熟內斂、層次豐富一點。

🥃Don Papa Sherry Cask 
美國白橡木的波本橡木桶中:4yo -> 雪莉桶中熟成18個月，雪莉桶種類有：Fino、Pedro Ximenez、Cream以及Palo Cortado 調和，生物陳年氧化陳年、不同甜度桶型調和工藝之極致。
已經不太像經典品項、雪莉桶影響蠻深的、入口太特別 需要有欣賞他的人🤣
其實這款也不用太介紹、後面好像也不確認會不會再發售。

My American brother mixed ALL Filipino alcohols into one MASSIVE shot, combining San Miguel Pale Pilsen, Red Horse Beer (extra-strong!), Ginebra gin (Ginebra San Miguel), Tanduay Gold Asian Rum, Don Papa 10-Year Old Rum, plus some raw eggs and beef broth?! It was kind of a weird gross shot but an interesting experiment nonetheless!

Today I let my whole American family try the best and strongest Filipino alcohols for the first time, including San Miguel Pale Pilsen, Red Horse Beer (extra-strong!), Ginebra gin (Ginebra San Miguel), Tanduay Gold Asian Rum, and Don Papa 10-Year Old Rum. We basically tried ALL the Filipino alcohols! This was their first time trying Filipino alcohol, and it was super cool to get their reactions to these crazy spirits!

威士忌之後　誰是接班人？【威士忌第54課】

國際烈酒市場目前是威士忌的天下，但在七◯、八◯年代，干邑白蘭地才是市場主流。威士忌達人學院首席顧問林一峰指出：「整個潮流其實變化速度非常地快。曾經有一陣子伏特加也風起雲湧一下下，八◯年代的時候，全世界最受歡迎的是龍舌蘭酒。」
威士忌之後，誰又是未來主流的接班人？是琴酒（Gin）？蘭姆酒（Rum）？還是美國波本威士忌？
林一峰今天搶得先機，特別帶我們嚐嚐來自菲律賓的蘭姆酒Don Papa，喝起來竟然是台灣人最熟悉的養樂多的味道，真是妙不可言。
林一峰表示：「不要再以為蘭姆酒是不好的東西了，或許蘭姆酒、或許波本威士忌，或許其他的酒類，可能會在未來世界取而代之威士忌成為下一波的主流；當他們在還沒成為主流之前，趕快先研究一下吧！」
