We've all heard about how exercise increases endorphins, but it actually increases many more brain chemicals that make you feel happy. When you exercise, it increases endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline....these are all brain chemicals associated with feeling happy, confident, capable, less anxiety and stress... You'll be less depressed too!!
Remember, you're not doing it for another person or to impress others, but you're doing it just because it feels good!!
It's about you loving yourself wholeheartedly, instead of waiting around for someone to love you!!!

Feel so good to re-energise by working out💪 If you want the feel-good factor and feel happier, exercise or play your favourite sport!🤸♀️
When we exercise, our body releases chemicals called endorphins. It also increases dopamine, adrenaline and endocannabinoid. These brain chemicals make you feel happy, confident, capable, less anxiety and stress and even less physical pain.
Exercise not only changes your body, but it also changes your mind, attitude and mood. It changes your relationship with yourself, more self-care, self-love and self-worth❤
Pick up this good habit of working out as regular as you can to care for yourself. Do it for you, for the various benefits. Work on the type of exercise you like, don't push yourself too hard, know your limit, have sensible goals, because exercising should be your long life commitment, not temporary.
Most importantly, have good fun when you work out, it should be exciting not torturing. Enjoy!😉
I did 500 jump rope today after a while and other sets of workout. Much needed workout. Felt great!🥰
