With my hubby having to fly out of town last minute, sitting here alone, I truly felt Christmas has been cancelled for us both this year.
Then I started to look around and saw the three Christmas trees we put up together (yes you heard it right, three!), the Christmas village we had set up below our TV, the garland we hung around our door, all the snowmen dotted around our home and even our beloved festive teddies that always come out this time of the year!
We didn’t miss Christmas after all! Christmas isn’t just a day, it’s a feeling. It’s all the mess we made while decorating. It’s all the planning and feel-good moments leading up to the big day and of those, I’m so fortunate to have had so many!
Not to mention all the beautiful and heart-warming messages I have been receiving from all of you!
Christmas is those unfiltered moments where your heart is so full of joy and happiness it could burst and while we celebrate it on one specific day, the true celebration starts the day you get that warm fuzzy feeling inside!

A famous Odawara ramen shop dotted with popular ramen shops! I visited "Ishitomi" in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The shop was renewed on my revisit since I visited before. Odawara is a famous hot spring tourist destination nationwide, but in fact it is also an area dotted with ramen shops called "Odawara". The clear soy sauce-based soup, large wonton and char siu, and chewy noodles are said to be the general characteristics of the "Odawara-kei", and the origin is said to be "Aji Onishi" in Yugawara. It seems that "Odawara-kei" is a genre that has been relatively recent, but its simple and dynamic volume is gaining popularity. Please have a look at the popular shops!

東京喰種トーキョーグールより、喰種捜査官・真戸呉緒（まどくれお）のクインケ【フエグチ壱】をダンボールで作ります。

原作のように自在に伸縮するギミックを再現しました。
自由度の高い連結設計により、蛇のように滑らかに曲がります。
先端部分からグリップまで通した釣り糸を引っ張ることで縮みます。
釣り糸はPEラインを使用しています。ナイロンやフロロカーボンは強度が足りないと思います。
とてもデリケートな構造なので、動画のように振り回すと確実に壊れます。
実際に作った際は伸縮動作のみお楽しみください。
ちなみに撮影で振り回した作品は大破しました。
全長2.4ｍ、伸ばすと3.6ｍになります。
※伸縮長1260ｍｍです(縮めるときに約1.2ｍ糸を引っ張る事になります)
1コマあたりのストロークが120ｍｍなので、体格やご予算に応じて連結数を変えてください。(参考に僕の身長は179㎝です）

I reproduced a freely expandable project that resembles the original.
The flexible, concatenated design allows it to be bent smoothly like a snake.
It shrinks by pulling the fishing line from the tip to the grip.
I use a PE fishing line. I think nylons and fluorocarbons lines are not strong enough.
Because it has a very delicate structure, it will definitely break if you swing it around like the video.
Please enjoy the flexibility movements if you actually make it.
By the way, the work that I played around in the video is now broken.
The total length is 2.4m, and it becomes 3.6m when extended.
※Expanable length 1260mm (approx 1.2m when shrunk).
A stroke is 120mm per frame, so please change the number of connections based on your physique and budget (For reference, my height is 179cm).
The cardboard thickness is designed on the premise of 5mm.
