濕疹是很普遍的皮膚病，如父母雙方都有濕疹，遺傳給孩子的機會高達七成；濕疹除遺傳因素外，空氣、環境、塵蟎、食物敏感等都可致病，與其只顧「清胎毒」，不如微調生活及飲食習慣，避免過份進補、減少進食辛辣、重口味食物。
