I can’t stress the importance of Vit C to my kids .
My kids rarely get sick .
In fact I can’t remember the last time they did .
Alhamdulillah .
Syukur sangat .
There are many benefits of Vit C . It’s an antioxidant and increasing their immunity is the utmost importance .
I usually start them from the age of 3 years old .
Beberapa tips untuk memastikan anak sentiasa cergas , sihat dan tidak mudah diserang penyakit .
1. Breastfeeding selama yang boleh
Kesemua anak kami susu badan selama setahun .
2. Lengkapkan dos vaksin termasuk Influenza dan Pneumococcal.
Penting sangat .
3. Pemakanan yang sihat
Banyakkan sayur dan buah buahan dalam diet mereka.
4. Banyakkan aktiviti luar
Biarkan anak bermain kat rumput , pasir , tanah dan sebagainya .
5. Expose kepada Sukan
TaekwanDo dan Renang adalah pilihan kami buat anak anak sejak berumur 3 tahun lagi.
6. Supplemen
Vit C , DHA dan Probiotik sangat penting untuk kekuatan immuniti dan perkembangan minda anak .
Jangan terlalu obses untuk kurungkan anak di rumah kerana takut akan jangkitan kuman bermain di luar .
Biarkan anak bermain di padang dan pasir.
Tidak mengapa sekiranya baju penuh dengan kekotoran dan berlumuran dengan tanah.
Yang penting mandi dan bersihkan badan selepas aktiviti lasak .
