【7/27防疫降級 教務處辦理相關措施】

各位好：

為因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情的發展，除校方發布本校各項防疫措施以茲因應外，有關教學及學生申辦業務相關因應措施，請各單位務必配合辦理：

.
1. 教務處辦理之暑期課程上課方式採遠距教學或線上課程，院系所學位學程自辦暑期課程若需採實體方式上課，每間教室上課人數不得超過50人，學生座位前後左右間距需達1.5公尺以上，師生應全程配戴口罩，並向教務處提出申請 (詳附件或申請表下載網址：http://www.aca.ntu.edu.tw/curri/cur_forms.asp?id=5 )。

2. 基於防疫安全，校屬五棟 (共同、普通、新生、博雅及綜合) 教學館空間暫不開放外借。

3. 109-2學期畢業生領取畢業證書，維持現場領取與郵寄二種方式併行，申請郵寄的同學，請至線上成績單申請系統 ( https://reg71.aca.ntu.edu.tw/transcript/index.php/user/loginG ) 填寫資料，並繳交郵寄及相關費用。

4. 為降低疫情傳染，110-1學期新生現場註冊改採網路方式進行，相關訊息詳見新生暨轉學生入學服務網( http://reg.aca.ntu.edu.tw/newstu )

5. 因疫情考量，110-1學期將繼續辦理安心就學方案。

Dear NTU community members:

.
Given current epidemic slowdown, the enhanced COVID-19 Level 2 measures shall be put into effect throughout, the University is asking all academic and administrative units to comply with the following preventive measures:

1. All summer courses are required to remain remote or online-only instruction. If departments want to offer in-class courses, there shall be no more 50 people indoors and social distancing shall be maintained (e.g., 1.5 meters for indoor activities). Face masks must be worn throughout. Moreover, departments shall submit application to the Office of Academic Affairs beforehand.

2. To protect health of the people, five lecture buildings (including Gongtong, Putong, Xinsheng, Boya, Zonghe) remain closed.

.
3. For graduates who are willing to receive the Certificate of Diploma, you can take it on-site or have it sent by post. Apply online via this website ( https://reg71.aca.ntu.edu.tw/transcript/index.php/user/loginG )and pay for related costs to send it by post.

4. To reduce epidemic diseases, freshman registration is switched to online for the fall semester of 2021-2022 academic year. For more information, please click: ( http://reg.aca.ntu.edu.tw/newstu.)

5. In response to the COVID-19 epidemic, Ease Project for COVID-19 Prevention will remain for the fall semester of 2021-2022 academic year.

【吳部長：我們將自我捍衛直到最後】

🔹面對中國武力挑釁

吳部長再次強調台灣是我們的國家，自由民主是2,350萬人民選擇的生活方式。

🔹目前的兩岸關係

中國持續向國際社會謊稱台灣是中華人民共和國的一部分，但事實上中國政府沒有一天統治過台灣，我國政府的維持現狀政策是溫和且負責任的，並獲得國際讚揚。

🔹中國武力犯台不利全球

中國不斷透過假訊息、混合戰(Hybrid Warfare)及灰色地帶(Gray-Zone)衝突策略，為軍事攻擊作準備。我們身處中國威權主義擴張的最前線，中國倘以武力犯台，將對全球帶來不利影響。

🔹台灣的因應之道

台灣除了持續強化國防能力之外，也更積極與美、英、日及歐盟等 #理念相近國家加強交流合作，台灣堅定捍衛民主自由的理念，也希望國際社會表達對台灣的支持。

Disinformation campaigns, hybrid warfare training exercises and increasing gray-zone activities are indications that the PRC is preparing for a final military assault against #Taiwan, according to MOFA Minister Joseph Wu in a recent interview with Sky News .

Taiwan which finds itself on the front-lines of China's expansion of its authoritarian order, will defend itself to the very end. If it were to fall, however, he added, the consequences would be global.

China continues to lie to the international community, stating that Taiwan is a part of the PRC, when in reality, the government of the PRC hasn't governed Taiwan for even a day. The Taiwanese government's efforts to maintain the status quo show its moderate and responsible stance and have been lauded by the international community.

“Give us today our daily bread.” (Matthew‬ ‭6:11‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Just as Jesus said it, God’s daily bread of grace is only good for “today”. It has to be received and used day by day, just like how the manna fell from the sky upon the dew for the children of Israel every morning in the wilderness.

If they tried to keep it for the next day, it would stink and breed worms. This teaches us that we cannot use yesterday’s supply of grace for today’s needs. We also cannot cause God to make tomorrow’s manna descend from Heaven today, so we also cannot use tomorrow’s supply of grace for today.

Today’s supply of grace is perfect for today. Live day by day, relying on the fresh grace that is available each day.

When you understand this, you won’t be worrying about things that are happening weeks from now that you can’t do anything about today.

Planning for something is different. If there is planning that you can do today for tomorrow, do it because it is part of today’s activities—the grace for it is available. However, when there is nothing you can do about things beyond today, it is pointless to worry about that.

An example would be if you have an important meeting with your overseas bosses one week later. Do the portion of preparation that you can do today (presentation slides, research, and practice speaking), but don’t let it bother you all the time in the car, at home, when you’re playing with your kids, when you’re hugging your spouse, and when you’re about to fall asleep.

Worrying about the future is a bondage. It is like being chained by invisible shackles because it robs you of the joy of the present moment. You are here right now, so live in this moment, by the grace of God that you have today. When that meeting happens one week from now, the grace for you to present well—the godly wisdom, favor with bosses, the utterance that you need, will all be there!

Live by God’s system of times and seasons—you’ll be much happier and find yourself fruitful in all that you do. I recently decided to take a 3-5 month trip to Taiwan and because I wanted to stick with my commitment to sustainable fashion, I decided to pack a capsule wardrobe.

This 33-piece wardrobe includes daily wear, clothing for special occasions, outerwear, shoes, workout clothing, and pajamas. I really tried to pack as many versatile pieces as I could while still keeping the weather in mind. Winter in Taiwan ranges with a high of 75°F (24°C) and a low of 55°F (13°C). It’s relatively moderate but because humidity is so high, it can sometimes feel colder than it actually is.

My biggest consideration in deciding what to pack was the different activities that I wanted to participate in. Here are is a try-on of the pieces that I decided to go with!
