• กำหนดการเดินทาง
- ออกเดินทางจากสนามบินซิดนีย์วันจันทร์ที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2563 เวลา 10.00 น.

• ราคาบัตรโดยสาร
- ชั้นประหยัด 1,030 ดอลลาร์ออสเตรเลีย
- ชั้นธุรกิจ 3,000 ดอลลาร์ออสเตรเลีย

• จำนวนผู้โดยสาร
- เที่ยวบินได้รับอนุญาตให้นำผู้โดยสารสัญชาติไทยกลับประเทศได้จำนวน 150 คน

• คุณสมบัติผู้เดินทางในเที่ยวบินนี้
- เป็นบุคคลสัญชาติไทยที่อยู่ในออสเตรเลีย และมีหนังสือเดินทางไทยที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ
- หากเป็นคนไทยถือสัญชาติออสเตรเลีย หรือเป็นผู้มีถิ่นพำนักถาวร (PR) ด้วย ต้องได้รับอนุญาตเดินทางออกนอกประเทศจาก Australian Border Force ก่อนลงทะเบียน
- ต้องยินยอมกักตัวเพื่อควบคุมโรคเป็นเวลา 14 วัน เมื่อเดินทางถึงประเทศไทยในสถานที่ที่รัฐบาลกำหนด

• การลงทะเบียน
- ท่านที่เคยลงทะเบียนไว้แล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2563 ไม่ต้องลงทะเบียนใหม่
- ผู้ที่ยังไม่เคยลงทะเบียนและประสงค์จะเดินทางกลับไทย สามารถลงทะเบียนได้ที่ http://bit.ly/thai2home
- ผู้ที่เคยได้รับสิทธิเดินทางแต่สละสิทธิ ขอให้ลงทะเบียนใหม่
- ขอให้ท่านตัดสินใจให้ดีและรอบคอบก่อนลงทะเบียน โปรดหลีกเลี่ยงการลงทะเบียนไว้ก่อน แล้วแจ้งขอยกเลิกในภายหลังเมื่อได้รับสิทธิ เพราะจะส่งผลกระทบต่อการบริหารจัดการที่นั่งของผู้โดยสารบนเที่ยวบิน และกระทบสิทธิของผู้โดยสารคนอื่นที่อาจเตรียมตัวไม่ทัน

• หลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือก
- จัดสรรสิทธิให้ผู้เดินทางตามลำดับการลงทะเบียน (First come first served) ลงทะเบียนก่อนมีสิทธิก่อนจนครบจำนวน อย่างไรก็ตาม ขณะนี้ยังคงมีชื่อผู้ที่เคยลงทะเบียนและยังไม่ได้รับสิทธิค้างอยู่ในฐานระบบ ดังนั้น ผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนลำดับหลังหรือเพิ่งลงทะเบียน อาจยังไม่ได้รับสิทธิในครั้งนี้

• ผู้ได้รับสิทธิเดินทาง
- เจ้าหน้าที่จะส่งอีเมลให้ท่านที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้แล้วเป็นรายบุคคล โดยเรียงตามลำดับคิวการลงทะเบียน และขอให้ท่านตอบยืนยันกลับภายในเวลาที่กำหนด

• การคืนเงินค่าบัตรโดยสาร
- เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและนโยบายของสายการบินไทย ซึ่งใช้เดินทางได้เฉพาะเส้นทาง วัน เวลา และหมายเลขเที่ยวบินที่กำหนดไว้ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ (ในส่วนนี้ท่านต้องเจรจากับสายการบินโดยตรงเอง)

• วิธีการจ่ายเงินค่าบัตรโดยสาร
- หากได้รับสิทธิ จะมีการแจ้งให้ท่านทราบรายละเอียดวิธีการจ่ายเงินทางอีเมล
- หากท่านไม่จ่ายเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ท่านจะถูกตัดสิทธิในการเดินทาง

Special commercial flights for those who want to travel back to Thailand by Thai Airways.

The Embassy in Canberra and Consulate General in Sydney with Thailand Australia and Associate Agency of Thailand and Australia have coordinated to provide special commercial flights for Thai people in Australia who wish to return to Thailand Sydney - Bangkok on the day. Monday, August 24, 2563 by Thai Airways. Flight at TG476 with the following details.

• Itinerary
- Departure from Sydney Airport Monday, August 24, 2563 at 10.00 pm.

• Ticket price
- Economy class $ 1,030 Australia
- Business class $ 3,000 Australia

• Number of passengers
- Flight is allowed to bring 150 Thai nationality passengers back to the country.

• Traveller qualifications on this flight
- I am a Thai nationality person who lives in Australia and has a Thai passport that hasn't expired.
- If you are Thai, carry Australian nationality or permanent resident (PR). You must be allowed to depart from Australian border Force before registering.
- Must agree to detain to control disease for 14 days when arriving in Thailand in a government-prescribed place.

• Registration
- Those who have registered from 22 July 2563 No need to register again.
- Those who haven't registered and want to travel back to Thailand can register at http://bit.ly/thai2home
- Those who have been entitled to travel but give up the right to register again.

- Unconfirmed because it's still an unusual time. Thailand and Australia still have restrictions on international travel, criteria and urban protocols which can change at any time, as well as the readiness of the airline. Embassy and Consulate General will inform you later. ( If there is)

• Those in Victoria
- To travel to New South Wales must be allowed by NSW state official. Permission is required at link https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-covid-19-nsw-border-entry-permit. Consideration is based on NSW state official only.
- If you are scheduled to stay in Sydney from 8-48 hours, NSW will take you to stay in a detained hotel. There is a cost of night stay. You will not be able to leave your accommodation while waiting for boarding. Staff will be held. Taking you to the airport on travel day.

PART 03 - Take a break in Tainan!

After all these adventures you will need to relax so I am going to introduce you to a few places where you might need to charge your batteries and take a good rest. It could be just a cup of coffee, tea or perhaps you may need a comfortable and cozy place to stay, but… let’s be honest - one day in Tainan is never enough!

台南大飯店 Hotel Tainan
One of the oldest modern hotels in Tainan (and generally in southern Taiwan). It’s called - Tainan hotel. Apart from its vintage and classic style, it’s perfectly preserved until now. Actually, staying there you feel a bit like moving back in time in a good sense. And also - if you take a train to Tainan - well, the hotel is right near the Tainan train station, right in the heart of the city of Tainan.

Fresh Chinese and Western Cuisine are also offered at the Tainan hotel. Worth noting is the fact that the establishment has 50 years of cooking experience since it’s the firstly-open buffet restaurant in Tainan. As the first buffet restaurant in Tainan, they keep the tradition very well by satisfying old Tainanese’s taste. Apart from traditional Tainan cuisine - rice dumpling, tan tan noodles, they also serve seafood - freshly steamed fish, all types of crabs, shrimp, sashimi, and more… They also provide late-night supper after 9:30pm. How sweat! If you have chance to dine out here or stay one night, you will find out the secret of the everlasting Hotel Tainan.

The other location I can introduce is the Crowne Plaza Hotel. This one is in the Anping district - it’s in an historical district with lots of landmarks, food, and close to the seaside. . I love to take architecture and interior photography myself, and this place can amaze you in many ways, such as the hall, glass elevators and more. you will also notice that the designers dot the i's and cross the t's when it comes to the details - look at the paintings in the corridors or sword lion with room numbers hanging on the walls. This place offers many types of accommodations including really high end suites overlooking either the Yanshui Estuary Wetland or the ancient beauty of Anping old street. You don’t need to imagine. I took a few photos for you.

There are also plenty of options when it comes to dining there:a buffet style restaurant with seafood, western and asian foods, cantonese and japanese restaurants., not to mention the lounge bar serving drinks and snacks.

黑琵軼棧 民宿 K&B Happy Hostel
What if you don’t like hotels and prefer home-stay? No problem, we have an alternative for you as well. Then owner is Ken. He spent significant part of his life in Europe and in Australia. But he is Taiwanese and thinks Taiwanese hospitality is one of the most precious things on this beautiful island (and I personally cannot agree more!). So Ken decided to open Hostel mixing European lifestyle and interiors with Taiwanese hospitality. The place is not big (only 5 rooms) which makes it really cozy, but it’s more than sufficient. The place is suitable for barbecues or other friendly gatherings. Also, there are bicycles offered for guests, so you can explore Anping district very easily, as well as the National Park, Anping beach and Old Street.

DOU MAISON is situated on Zhongzhen road. This is an historically important place because during the Japanese rule the neighborhood served as a representative location to the city of Tainan. Hence the architecture and buildings here are noticeably marvelous. Worth noting here is that the Hayashi Department Store 林百貨 is also located not from DOU MAISON. If you are into architecture and style you should visit both.

DOU Maison is a concept store from DOUCHANGLEE & CHANGLEEYUGIN - apart from enjoying gourmet drinks and cakes , you can also shop at the gallery - from coffee making products, antique furniture, clothes, handmade leather products and accessories. The place is really picturesque inside - if you come here without your camera you will definitely regret it :)

The menu special is 280$ - dessert of the day + beverage of choice.

Luisa Cafe is a very popular chain coffee shop in Taiwan. It’s a western style coffee shop with local twist which means apart from huge selection of coffee, they also offer tea and quite a selection of foods as well: snacks, sandwiches, burgers, muffins, bagels, cakes, pastries. It’s a great place to hang out with your friends, sip some drinks and chill. The prices are really reasonable while serving good quality drinks.

(( 5 Key Points from the Apostle Paul ))

“From Miletus he sent to Ephesus, and called to himself the elders of the assembly. When they had come to him, he said to them, “You yourselves know, from the first day that I set foot in Asia, how I was with you all the time, serving the Lord with all humility, with many tears, and with trials which happened to me by the plots of the Jews; how I didn’t shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, teaching you publicly and from house to house, testifying both to Jews and to Greeks repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus. Now, behold, I go bound by the Spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there; except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions wait for me. But these things don’t count; nor do I hold my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to fully testify to the Good News of the grace of God. “Now, behold, I know that you all, among whom I went about preaching God’s Kingdom, will see my face no more. Therefore I testify to you today that I am clean from the blood of all men, for I didn’t shrink from declaring to you the whole counsel of God. They all wept a lot, and fell on Paul’s neck and kissed him, sorrowing most of all because of the word which he had spoken, that they should see his face no more. Imagine for a moment that you’re on your deathbed and have one last chance to tell your loved ones something.
Wouldn’t you say the most important things in your heart and hold nothing back?
That’s why I feel that the passage above is so powerful.
It records the Paul’s last words to the elders of the Ephesian church and the touching moment as they bid farewell for the last time.
Let’s break down this passage and take away some revelations from it.

1. Serve the Lord humbly without fear of persecution.
2. Declare the whole counsel of God, which is the Good News (Gospel) of the Grace of God.
3. Beware of false prophets who will try to lead you astray with false teachings.
4. The Word of God’s Grace is the one that builds you up and gives you your inheritance in Christ when you believe in it.
5. Work diligently and make an honest living, sharing your resources with those in need - with men, it is more blessed to give than to receive - the Lord will repay you with eternal rewards.

Meditate on the 5 powerful lessons above. They are the extracted from the words that poured forth from the deepest recesses of Paul’s heart, after his legendary ministry of establishing the early church for the Lord.

These valuable words of advice are aimed at leaders in the church, so if you desire to lead and feed the body of Christ effectively under the New Covenant of Grace, keep these lessons in your heart!

Shaved snow served by Wooly's.

"Shaved snow is a hybrid between shaved ice and ice cream. By taking a block of ice made with low-fat milk, flavors are infused into the blocks before it is frozen, and then shave it very fine to create a texture similar to fresh fallen snow."

Flavors available are Original Leche, Coffee, and Melon. In Hawaii, "shave ice" is similar to snowballs, and is sold in cone-shaped paper cups. "Rainbow," a popular flavor, consists of three colors of syrup chosen usually for their color rather than their taste compatibility. Commonly, a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sweetened azuki beans is first added to the bottom of the cup and is capped with condensed milk.

Vendors in Texas and northern Mexico serve finely shaved ice desserts. Called a raspa, they are usually sold from a roadside stand or trailer. They come in many flavors, including leche (milk and cinnamon) and picosito (the Spanish word for 'spicy' made with lemon and chili powder.)

The dessert ais kacang served in Malaysia and Singapore is another form of shaved ice. Ais kacang was originally served with red beans but now includes various fruits and other sweet toppings.
In Japan they are known as kakigori, and in India it is called a "gola" and usually served on popsicle sticks.

In Britain the term snow cone has been used for a standard ice cream cone topped with (usually vanilla) ice cream, hence the term snow cone.

In Perú this dessert is called Raspadilla, which is served in cups along with a spoon and/or a straw. It consists in ground ice which is thick and topped with juices of different flavors that can be combined, regularly the most common flavors are pineapple and strawberry juices but it can also be served with berries juice, passion fruit juice (maracuya), chicha morada (purple corn juice), and in some cases but uncommon it can be topped with condensed milk or yogurt. Its very popular in the beaches during summertime, but it also is consumed in the towns and the cities as well. It is sold in carts spread around some streets and avenues of the city, being prepared at the moment (some of them grind the ice in a block with a device or some spoon with a blade like razor in one end, others yet hace the ice already ground stored in a coolerbox) but all of them serve the portion of ice in the cup in front of the customer and then ask which flavor of juice would be poured on top of the ice, then they put a spoon and the straw.

Kala Khatta is a syrup made from the jambul fruit in India and some other parts of South Asia. It is primarily used as a flavoring for Indian ice lollipops or popsicles, sold as street food. Crushed ice is formed into a lump by hand and mounted on a stick to make the lollipop. Kala khatta syrup and seasonings such as salt and pepper are then poured on the lollipop.
