【固定式器械VS.自由重量】

健身房中的朋友們一定有看過兩大類器材
一種是像機台一般的固定式器械
另一種則是啞鈴、槓鈴這種沒有特定軌道的自由重量
究竟差別在哪？又分別帶給我們什麼好處呢？
讓我們看下去吧！

🔥固定式器械 Machine
🔹特色:
具有固定軌道，大部分為單關節訓練，可以針對目標肌群精準訓練，通常調整座椅和重量即可操作，部分有安全裝置。
🔹優點:
因軌跡固定穩定性高，操作容易上手，肌群孤立性高，容易找到目標肌群感受度，切換重量較為方便，也較為安全。

🔥自由重量 Free Weight
🔹特色:
阻力來源只有地心引力，使用上高度靈活富有變化，十分自由卻也因此需要較高的穩定度和核心能力，操作上技巧性較高。常見如：啞鈴、槓鈴等。
🔹優點:
由於穩定度的高度需求與靈活的角度變化，增加神經徵招肌群協同參與、核心穩定能力的提升、多角度刺激變化多樣、訓練效益較高、體積小便於居家訓練。

⭐️結論
自由重量與固定式器械各有優缺點，自由重量額外增加許多核心參與，訓練效益較高；而固定式器材，使我們專注於肌群的孤立發力增加感受度，大部分有年資的朋友兩者都會加進訓練，原因就是希望能將兩者的優點都融入訓練中！
