一種是像機台一般的固定式器械
另一種則是啞鈴、槓鈴這種沒有特定軌道的自由重量
究竟差別在哪?又分別帶給我們什麼好處呢?

🔥固定式器械 Machine
🔹特色:
具有固定軌道,大部分為單關節訓練,可以針對目標肌群精準訓練,通常調整座椅和重量即可操作,部分有安全裝置。
🔹優點:
因軌跡固定穩定性高,操作容易上手,肌群孤立性高,容易找到目標肌群感受度,切換重量較為方便,也較為安全。

🔥自由重量 Free Weight
🔹特色:
阻力來源只有地心引力,使用上高度靈活富有變化,十分自由卻也因此需要較高的穩定度和核心能力,操作上技巧性較高。常見如:啞鈴、槓鈴等。
🔹優點:
由於穩定度的高度需求與靈活的角度變化,增加神經徵招肌群協同參與、核心穩定能力的提升、多角度刺激變化多樣、訓練效益較高、體積小便於居家訓練。

自由重量與固定式器械各有優缺點,自由重量額外增加許多核心參與,訓練效益較高;而固定式器材,使我們專注於肌群的孤立發力增加感受度,大部分有年資的朋友兩者都會加進訓練,原因就是希望能將兩者的優點都融入訓練中!
