「全 日 微 醺」,一次過食哂自家製西多士、
芝士焗大啡菇、黑松醬炒滑蛋、紐倫堡腸、
煙肉、牛油栗米、油封車厘茄、沙律。
大啡菇口感煙韌,芝士味重;紐倫堡腸外脆
內軟,唔錯;自家製西多夠特別,其實裡面
係朱古力醬加埋果占,香口得黎又唔會太膩;
炒蛋滿滿既黑松露香,入口嫩滑,整體高質。

I’ve been aching to tell you about this place, possibly the most memorable island gastronomical ‘getaway’ we’ve experienced in Thailand thus far. From the island’s history and boutique resort’s generation of founders, the lush forested surroundings and pristine beach, to finally, the living legend who calls this place his ‘second home’. David Thomson has chosen this tiny, secluded and idyllic beachside culdesac of Krabi, as a tropical destination to plant the wisdom of his culinary brilliance “The Arundina”, and after this trip, we more than understand why. But before all that (#comingsoon ), let’s start with a casual beachside meal at Tubkaak Krabi which unlike many lazy beachside indulgences that aren't usually made up of the fresh, organic ingredients or composed with an acute amount of care and partially the reason we love it, but imagine if you could have both!
The Beachfront Menu serves up a selection of beach-bumming favourties, such as hot and I mean hot, fluffy shrimp cakes made-up of the catch from the local’s fisherman’s net or a salad comprising of the island’s organic fauna, fruit and root; Paco fern and pomelo, spicy palm shoot salad, dressed with boiled egg and roasted cashew nut and a finished with a sprinkling of fried shallots and chili *drool*. Then there’s the chicken, oh my Gawd. Crisped to perfection, bite into a limb to experience the juicy and hot chicken flesh and the kick of local black peppers. Dip that baby into their homemade sweet chili sauce and munch away at the bone while basking on the extra large sized beach bed.
The one taste-sensation deeply etched into my mind and palate is Mamuang Bao Smoothie! What makes up this bombshell of a smoothie is of course the Mamuang Bao, a variety of mango native to Krabi, smaller than the standard mango, is oblong in shape and has a “starchy” texture and lovely sour finish. 愛文芒雜果沙律:
材料:
愛文芒果2個
奇異果1個
啤梨2個
蘋果1個
大薯仔2個
雜果1罐(大)
處理:
1. 雜果擎乾糖水,放入雪櫃。
2. 薯仔洗淨,烚熟。
3. 其餘生果放雪櫃雪凍。
4. 薯仔烚好後,去皮,放雪櫃雪凍。
5. 所有材料,要放雪櫃雪2小時,抽乾水分。
6. 放雜果落玻璃盤。
7. 薯仔切粒。
8. 奇異果1開2,每邊1開4。
9. 雜果、薯仔及奇異果已放入玻璃盤,加入沙律醬撈勻。
10. 啤梨,去皮,去芯,切大粒,放入玻璃盤,撈勻。
11. 蘋果,批皮,去芯,切細粒,放入玻璃盤,加入沙律醬,撈勻。
12. 芒果刨去皮,切大粒,放入玻璃盤,加入沙律醬,撈勻,完成。
Mixed fruit salad with mango cultivar:
Ingredients:
Mango cultivars 2 Nos.
Kiwi 1 No.
Pears 2 Nos.
Apple 1 No.
Potatoes (big) 2 Nos.
Mixed fruits 1 can (large)
Preparation:
1. Mixed fruits, put in refrigerator with no syrup.
2. Rinse potatoes. Boil well.
3. All the fresh fruits are to be put into refrigerator.
4. Boil potatoes well. Put into refrigerator after peeling.
5. All ingredients are to be put in refrigerator to drain for 2 hours.
6. Put mixed fruit on glass ware.
7. Dice potatoes.
8. Kiwi is to be divided into 2 shares. Each share is to be divided into 4 cubes.
9. Mixed fruit, potatoes and kiwi have been put into glass ware. Mix well with salad sauce.
10. Pears, peel and remove core, cut into big pieces. Put into glass ware. Mix well.
11. Apples, peel and remove core. Dice into small cubes. Put into glass ware. Mix well with salad sauce.
12. Peel the mangoes. Cut into big cubes. Put into glass ware. Mix well. Serve.

【いちごのシフォンサンド】
今日は、フレッシュいちごを使った『いちごシフォンサンド』を紹介します。
シフォンケーキにも生クリームにも生いちご果汁を加えているので、いちごの芳醇な香りがたまらなく、とても幸せ感じる至極の味わいです。
シフォン生地もこの配合ならふわふわしゅわしゅわで本当に美味しく仕上がるので、手抜きとは言えませんがよかったらお試しいただけると嬉しいです。いちごが好きな方には特にオススメしたいレシピです。
〈材料〉(18㎝シフォンケーキ型)
卵 4個
砂糖 70g
サラダ油 大さじ3
いちご 6〜8個
薄力粉 60g
バニラエッセンス 数滴
生クリーム 100cc

【Strawberry chiffon sand】
Today, I will introduce "strawberry chiffon sand" using fresh strawberries.
Since fresh strawberry fruit juice is added to both chiffon cake and fresh cream, it is the ultimate taste that feels very happy without hesitation of the rich aroma of strawberry.
Since this combination is really delicious with chiffon fabrics, it is not easy to say but it is nice if you can try it if you like. It is a recipe I want to recommend especially to those who like strawberry.
〈INGREDIENT〉(18㎝Chiffon cake mold)
4 eggs
70g of sugar
3 tbsp salad oil
6 to 8 strawberries
60 g of flour
A few drops of vanilla extract
Heavy cream 100cc
