The Fat Loss for Women Bootcamp is a 4-day intensive that focuses on fat loss specific to women. This bootcamp will cover mindset and goal setting, training methodologies specific to fat reduction and how that needs to be modified for females, the role of hormones in fat gain, nutrition planning for effective fat loss and much more.
