Sourdough Panettone Trial #2
A successful one - pandoro dough in Small Panettone mold, taste so so good!!!
A failed one - the large panettone dough growed slowly in final, I didn’t wait and pushed it into oven🙈. Even those the structure is failed but it taste really good, full of aroma, soft and moist like cakes.
I hv to feed the starter more often, keep it up!
