呢一排唔止有口福，仲要有機會食嘅全部都係健康又有營養嘅食物，天助我也。下午去中環 Harvey Nichols HK 試試 #TenderLovingCare 引入嘅一系列營養補助品，包括 TONIK 蘋果醋／椰子油膠囊、Natural Aid Australia 嘅 Magnesium oil spray / body lotion（有助舒緩肌肉疲勞或抽筋）、SIMPLE as that 嘅有機天然護膚品，以及 Nutra Organics 嘅牛骨濃湯（HK$239/100g）／雞骨濃湯（HK$279/100g）沖劑。

我對 Nutra Organics 嘅薑黃牛骨濃湯印象最深，因為呢輪keep住戒澱粉好易肚餓，尤其是工作至深夜卻不能吃塊餅或煮個麵充飢實在痛苦，飲杯牛骨湯就可以暖肚果腹及有營養。而 Magnesium oil spray（HK$169）亦好岩我跳舞後使用，因為鎂（Magnesium）有助於減輕疲勞和運動後疲勞疼痛，增強肌肉力量，提高運動表現，但係從食物中吸收鎂係好難，分量亦會因為消化而打折扣，經皮膚吸收就更直接。由於佢對抽筋有舒解作用，我試試塗在平時最易累的腳面（容易出現青筋的位置），能即時及明顯舒緩腳背疲勞，唔錯。
