1. HERBOLOGIA LIQUID CRYSTAL NATURAL SUPER ANTI-AGING PREMIUM DAY CREAM 50ml

💡DETAILS: Herbologia Liquid Crystal Day Cream introduces a new standard in wrinkle treatments with maximum strength powerful peptides and moisture-holding actives for a complete daily care of aging skin. 🔴MY REVIEW: Have used so many brands and keep coming back to this one. The scent is light and the cream goes on very smooth. It moisturizes well, not too greasy on my skin as it absorbs well. It can give me a dewy look. Awesome for dry sensitive skin as well. Definitely would recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: This product is awesome. Visible improvement in just a month. It really plumps up those tiny lines and makes my skin look brighter and healthier. My auntie was rebuilding her garden and she found 2 plants of aloe vera there. She didn't want to keep them in the new garden, so I picked them up and spent half day to turn them into juice and freeze for future soap making.

山雞椒精油 Litsea Cubeba Essential Oil: 40g

鯪魚 300g Dace
鹽 ¼ tsp Salt
蒜 2cloves Garlic
薑 1slice Ginger
豆豉 15g Black Fermented Beans
生抽 2tsp Soy Sauce
老抽1/2tsp Dark Soy Sauce
砂糖 1tsp Sugar
雞粉 1tsp1/8tsp Five-picse Powder
胡椒粉 1/8tsp Ground White Pepper
水 100ml Water
油 4tbsp Cooking Oil

1.鯪魚洗淨切去不要的部分後切件
2.加入鹽,適量五香粉及胡椒粉拌勻
3.蒜頭及薑去皮切成蓉備用
4.預熱油鍋,加入魚件炸至乾身後盛起備用
5.混合生抽,老抽,砂糖,雞粉,1/8tsp胡椒粉及1/8tsp五香粉
6.炒香豆豉及薑蒜蓉,加入調味料以小火炒勻
7.加入水煮勻後熄火
8.魚件淋上調味醬汁及油包上錫紙,中小火蒸煮2小時,完成

雞 1 Chicken
生抽 3tsp Soy Sauce
米酒 3tsp Rice Wine
砂糖 1tsp Sugar
粟粉 6tsp Corn Starch
薑 6slices Ginger
蒜頭 6cloves Garlic
紅椒 1 Red Pepper
羅勒 適量 Basil
黑麻油 1tbsp Black Sesame Oil

米酒 30ml Rice Wine
生抽 20ml Soy Sauce
老抽 1/2tsp Dark Soy Sauce
砂糖 2tsp Sugar
黑麻油 1tsp Black Sesame Oil

1.雞洗淨切去不要的部分後切件
2.加入3tsp生抽,3tsp米酒及1tsp砂糖拌勻後醃一小時
3.羅勒洗淨摘下葉子備用
4.薑去皮切片備用
5.蒜頭去皮,紅椒稍為去籽斜切備用
6.將醃好的雞件與粟粉拌勻
7.大火預熱油,加入雞件油炸至金黃後盛起
8.加入1tbsp黑芝麻油,以中小火爆香薑片及蒜頭至金黃色
9.20ml生抽,1/2tsp老抽,2tsp砂糖及1tsp黑麻油拌勻備用
10.加入雞件炒熟
11.加入30ml米酒炒勻
12.加入其餘調味料炒勻
13.加入紅椒炒勻後熄火
14.加入羅勒葉炒勻後盛起,完成
