我每次看到馬來西亞這種很傳統的雜貨店還有kopitiam ,上了年紀的人還是很健康又勤奮勞作的畫面都覺得 : 我心中的馬來西亞還有保持我印象中那個最觸動人心的樣貌,覺得暖暖的
這家新利成位在馬六甲的青雲亭(Cheng Hoon Teng Temple)附近,青雲亭可以說是馬來西亞最老的華人寺廟之一,離它不到100公尺的地方還有旁邊還有甘榜吉寧清真寺(Kampung Kling Mosque)以及一座印度廟 ,我很喜歡的益昌奶茶老店總鋪也是在這一帶
馬來西亞華人是中秋節提燈籠的,我以前第一次遇到的時候也覺得很特別,還記得以前去當校長時, 遇到中秋節跟學校的同事們一起開車去石隆門還有三馬丹看海,好幾個人住一間小木屋,晚上一起提燈籠,印象還很深刻
現在台灣的小朋友連元宵節都很少看到提燈籠了吧,我小時候還會跟堂哥堂姊,哥哥姐姐還有鄰居小孩一起提燈籠晃到市區去猜燈謎,這種場景,幾十年都不復見了

Resipi Thai Stir Fried Glass Noodles ( Soo Hoon Goreng Thai Style )
Step 1
Marinade isi ayam dgn sos ikan & serbuk lada hitam- put aside
Step 2
Rendam soo hoon dgn air panas selama 3-4 min - toskan lepas tu mengalirkan pada air sejuk ( tips supaya tak melekat )
Step 3
3 sudu besar Seafood / Tiram Sauce @adabi_consumer
3 sudu besar fish sauce
1 sudu kecil Brown sugar
Sweet dark soy sauce or kicap manis @adabi_consumer
Satukan semua bahan dalam satu mangkuk & kacau sebati
Cara2 masak
Goreng Telur
Tumis bawang putih & bawang holland sampai garing
Masuk ayam yg telah dimarinade
Dah garing - ketepikan
Kacau semua sebati
Masuk hirisan cili padi & bawang holland / putih
Masuk sos yg dicampur
Masuk soo hoon , kacau sebati
Last sekali masuk lada putih , carrot & sawi / daun bawang
Note: saya tak letak garam as soa ikan & sos seafood/tiram adabi dah masin , klu you all nak ketak perasa boleh jer 😋

This Nyonya Chap Chye is a classic from the Peranakan cuisine. Peranakan food is touted to be a blend of South East Asian culinary cultures - often hitting the spice, sweet and tang notes deliciously.
Chap Chye loosely translates to mixed vegetables, which is very accurate in this case. Fresh vegetables tossed with crispy beancurd strips and broth-soaked tang hoon (glass noodles) is a flavour explosion in your mouth you won't want to miss!

30g Dried Mushrooms (whole) (pre-soaked with 600ml hot water and reserve soaking liquid)
25g Lily buds 金针 (pre-soak & knot)
30g Black fungus (pre-soak & cut into bite sizes)
30g Glass noodles (pre-soak)
60g Dried bean curd (cut into 1” long strips)
40g Dried sweet bean curd 甜竹 (cut into strips)
250g Napa cabbage (cut into bite sizes)
2 tbsp Preserved soy bean paste (tau cheo)
8 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 Carrot (peeled and sliced)
Salt to taste
700ml Water (excludes mushroom water)
