There are very few people that can get me to stay up past midnight on a "school" night and Bond is one of them. Orignally planned for an April 2020 release, myself and a select few got to attend a special screening of the latest 007 installment, No Time to Die.

It's the first time I'd been to a cinema since pre-Covid days and I didn't realise how much I missed watching content on a massive screen with popcorn and soda at arms-length!

Thank you to Land Rover for the exclusive invite. For the rest of you that have been looking forward to Daniel Craig's final Bond appearance, all I can say is, #NOTimeForSpoilers.

Appreciating this length that I kept for 2 years cause it got a trim 😌

Longest I ever grew my hair till it reached the bum. So let's a talk a little on hair health to make it strong and thick:

✴️Watch the food ladies. I noticed when I cut back on my protein in take my hair started to fall a bit more. So it matters what you eat allll the time 😉 Eat a Variety of protein sources.

✴️ Take your supplements Vit B, C, D, Zinc, omega 3s and Iron. In other words eat well. See still talking bout nutrition here 😊

✴️Change in hormones can also cause hair issues. So take note of your hormones for general health.

✴️Brush your hair often. Comb it after conditioning in the shower and use cold water to rinse. Brush hair again after drying your hair.

✴️Hair does need a trim every few months cause this will actually encourage hair growth by getting rid of any damaged, broken, or split ends.

✴️Be mindful that coloring can damage but I know it's soooo fun to have colors 😏 I had red hair for 6 years and yes my hair was damaged for the sake of color.

✴️Care for yourself internally, externally will do the rest ❤️

Back with another patient who wants her bunny teeth corrected.🐰 I think it looks pretty cute on her, but patient wants it corrected so let’s see what we can do!

Despite having Orthodontic tx completed few months ago, she is still unhappy about the length of her central incisors. We advised for Ortho treatment to intrude her centrals since that is her concern but she isn’t keen on re-treatment. She initially wanted her central incisors to be trimmed off as she dislike the length. After a round of discussion (I explained about the centrals’ length as well as her small laterals giving the illusion of “even larger centrals”),we decided to proceed with a mock up (“smile try-in”) without reducing the length of the front teeth and see how it looks. Although it means more work and clinical time, but it’s in patient’s best interest.

After mock up, she still think that the centrals are tad bit long and with the increased length of other teeth, it affected her phonation (speech) as well, so we proceed with Enameloplasty on her centrals as well as composite veneers from 4-4z

Conservative dentistry is our goal, but in certain cases where patient’s request is within reasonable range, I’ll let patient make the final decision since their set of smile ultimately belongs to them. 😁

"Kimigayo" (君が代, Japanese pronunciation: [kimiɡajo]; "His Imperial Majesty's Reign") is the national anthem of Japan. The lyrics of "Kimigayo" are probably the oldest among the world's national anthems, and with a length of 32 characters, they are also the world's shortest. The lyrics are from a waka poem written by an unnamed author in the Heian period (794–1185), and the current melody was chosen in 1880, replacing an unpopular melody composed by John William Fenton eleven years earlier. Its length of 11 measures is currently among the world's shortest.
