Mental Health Awareness project by @cxpturingsouls - Through The Screen (MCO Series) •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••⁣
First it was Anger, and then came Depression and Sadness. In the beginning of MCO, I read a lot of articles regarding mental health and how it would be affected during a difficult and stressful time like this. I was determined to keep a positive mindset but I found myself changing. I found myself falling into a rabbit hole and it was quite difficult to keep going without the thoughts of giving up. Most of us don’t realise how much we are affected mentally by this pandemic and being under MCO till its too late. We’ve become stuck in a rabbit hole and find it difficult for us to crawl out of it. Darkness and sadness starts to overtake our emotions. It’s important that we listen and acknowledge what we are feeling. There will be days that it feels like eternity. There will be days where it feels like nothing is ever gonna get better. There will be days where you feel like you’re fighting this all on your own. I’m here to tell you that you are not alone in this. What you feel in that moment is valid and you deserved to be heard. ⁣
Throughout this experience I’ve learned a few things to help me cope and I hope it helps you too. ⁣
1. Write down your feelings in a journal. Expressing yourself will help ease that burden you’re carrying on your shoulders. ⁣
2. Discover a new hobby. Cook, bake, draw, paint, crochet. There are so many things we can experiment with.⁣
3. If your energy level is low, take the day off. Take the time you need to recuperate. ⁣
4. Reach out to your friends or family or people you can trust. Confide in them and express your worries. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••⁣
Stay connected with your loved ones. Check in with your loved ones, it is during this time that we need each other the most. It is one of the most challenging experiences of our lives and we need each other’s support and love 💕 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••⁣

07:33 かたちに悩みます。
09:48 解いて糸をカット
16:06 長さを編みます。
17:26 糸始末
19:57 完成しました。


[レシピ]

・1段～10段：ダイアゴナルステッチで編みます。
・糸をカットして、編み始めの側から糸を繋げます。
　繋げる所はお好みで決めて下さい。私は台形になるように繋ぎました。
・11段～：ダイアゴナルステッチで糸のある限り編みます。

I hope many people will enjoy knitting in the same way through my videoes.

I've been to a simple knitting class, but I usually go with my own flow.
I love handmade crafts, so in the past, I've been involved in Japanese-style dressmaking,
and acquired the qualification of a nationally-skilled craftsman and also have the qualification of a nailist as a hobby.

There seems to be no relation between Japanese-style dressing, nails, and knitting,
But I have gained different insights from those experiences, and I think that it leads to free knitting.

I will continue to enjoy knitting, and I hope for those who are watching would also make something incredible on their own someday.

10号（6㎜）

[レシピ]

・2色引き揃えて
・作り目：くさり68目で始めてねじらないように引き抜き編みで繋げます。
・1段：長編み2目、くさり2目、2目飛ばして、長編み2目～の柄の繰り返し
・2段～22段：裏返し、裏返しで、前段の穴の中に長編み2目、くさり2目を繰り返し。
・お好きな段数を編んで下さい。私は2玉引き揃えで22段編めました。
