We heard that trendy foodies are paying attention to Mexico food, so we made Oreo Tacos by inserting cream into Oreo-infused taco shells. The taco shell and recipe is completely different when you don't spread them evenly and bake them, and there is no cornstarch in them, but they are really delicious!
*Recipe* (Makes 6 tacos)
1. Mix 1 egg and 50g of sugar in the bowl.
2. Mix in 30g of melted salted butter and 20g of milk.
3. Sift in 7g of wheat flour, 15g of bread flour, 3g of cocoa powder and 5g of black cocoa powder, and mix.
4. Heat the frying pan or hot plate and spread the oil thinly.
5. Put in three circles. This time, we poured in 25ml, and made circles of about 11 centimeters.
6. Grill both sides. It is easier to shape it when it is grilled firmly.

オレオ味に焼いたタコシェルにクリームをはさんで、オレオタコス作りました。とうもろこしの粉も入ってない、伸ばして焼かないとタコスのシェルと作り方は全くちがいますが、とってもおいしいです。
*レシピ*(6タコス)
1.ボウルに卵 1個と砂糖 50gを混ぜる。
2.溶かし有塩バター 30g、牛乳 20gも入れ混ぜる。
3.薄力粉 7g、強力粉 15g、ココアパウダー 3g、ブラックココアパウダー 5gをふるい入れ、混ぜる。
4.フライパンやホットプレートを熱し、薄く油を敷く。
5.3を丸く入れる。今回、25ml流し入れて、11センチくらいの丸にしました。
6.裏表、焼く。しっかり目に焼いたほうが形をつけやすい。
7.麺棒などに引っ掛け、そのまま冷まし、タコスのハードシェルのような形を作る。
8.生クリーム 170gに砂糖 6gを入れかために泡立てる。
9.オレオ 8枚を砕き入れ、混ぜる。
10.9を8にはさむ。上にチョコレートソースやオレオビッツを飾ってもおいしい。
