呢條片，就係我嘅親身示範嘞，地點係我經常跑嘅寶雲道。唔怕老實講，條片我拍咗兩次，而家你哋見到呢個係take 2嚟嘅。因為諗住本身平時跑開四分幾五分鐘一公里都仲算輕鬆，六分鐘行440米咋下話？Easy，我慢行都得啦。(點知慢行出嚟個時間好樣衰，話晒都跑開步，費事畀你哋笑，所以行多次🤡)

咁你又可能會問嘞：點解係六分鐘呢？點解係440米呢？呢個，其實係一個指標 — — 一個關乎你身體健康嘅指標；如果六分鐘內行唔晒440米嘅話，一，有可能係你揸流攤，二，有機會係心肺功能出咗問題。有一種罕見疾病，叫肺動脈高壓(PAH)，呢個病嘅患者嘅心肺功能普遍都唔太理想，有時行一小段路都可能會氣喘，有啲甚至喺交通燈綠公仔轉紅公仔之前過唔晒條馬路；本身患有自身免疫力疾病，例如硬皮症同紅斑狼瘡嘅人士，會屬於患呢個病高危群組。

有人可能認為，唓，可能體能差啫下話？正正因為病徵唔明顯，有機會令患者延誤診治。呢個病如果欠缺適時治療，最壞嘅情況可以引發心臟衰竭，所以絕對唔可以輕視！
