但!轉念一想...板主那麼盡責蠻棒的阿! 維持板上秩序不像有些板.....

: 洗頭小妹又一直碰掉捲子 至少六七個捲子不停碰掉重捲
: 兩個人手忙腳亂 一邊頭髮已經熱的發燙 另一邊卻還在重捲熱都還沒熱
: 這時候我就覺得很不滿 前前後後搞了五個小時
很同情你....會因此不滿很正常
建議以後可以試著有不滿就當場反映!
我每年都要去給 Ivan 燙直一次，
有一次他放給蠻俐落的助理 A &一個助理的助理 B 幫我拉直
拉直間，A 低聲教 B 要怎麼拉....
原先我不很在意，但 B 每拉一下我就要飆淚...真的非常非常痛
B 明顯不太會弄，把夾子夾得死緊!
我想著小朋友 B 剛開始學，我讓他停手 他會不會太可憐?
他拉了四下我終於受不了了!
想到半顆頭都要被 B 拉，我不如去死.........
於是我舉手說：不好意思...這邊拉得頭皮很痛。
Ivan 在旁邊聽到了，就讓 B 退下自己跟 A 助理一起拉了。
無論有何不滿(類似我付錢，你拿我當假人頭練習品? 等等)
至少我當下解決它了，並得到我要的結果。
: 結帳的時候我還蠻傻眼的 我不知道燙直跟燙內彎是分項計費 也沒有事先被告知
他們的確該先告知總價，
但個人卻有一個通念是:燙直跟燙捲本來就是分項計價。
因為我到每間店都是這樣，可是你沒有這樣的經驗也沒被告知的確是比較遺憾!
: 即使我有Circle的會員卡 即使我頭髮很短 我還是付了四千六百塊
我一直覺得短髮燙直超不划算，
我燙直的原因只是要髮質閃亮，所以都留超長才去燙!
建議你可以改找一家長短髮燙直不同計價的店。(是有的)
: 離開之後朋友說怎麼有的頭髮是直的 是沒有燙嗎 也被說怎麼有些頭髮比較長
: 回家洗頭吹過之後發現髮尾更是亂翹 跟我要求的好整理不需吹整相去甚遠
: 雖然是bob hair都已經燙內彎 居然有頭髮會往外翹是怎樣？而且每次吹都是！
: 於是我決定傳封簡訊跟Ivan表達我的意見 內容真的很客氣
: 落落長打了一大封簡訊（470字up）
: 內容包括：我頭髮有部份較長 有些地方是直的沒有彎 預約卻是助理在處理 價錢
: 結果我得到的回應是
: 這次的服務造成你的不舒服 我感到很遺憾
: 謝謝你的回應 我們還有很多進步空間 我們會再加油 謝謝！
: 看到這樣的回應 我真的非常傻眼
: 這封簡訊非常公式化跟敷衍 也沒有表明要進一步幫忙處理的意思

: 可是我還是很不敢相信 我追隨多年的Ivan居然是這樣的人！
