Where there is a woman, there is magic.

Being pregnant and giving birth to a new life is, to me, the greatest miracle and most magical experiences ever. Red symbolises power, courage, passion and love. I didn't really think I could carry this colour off for my maternity photoshoot but I am so glad I decided to try. This picture serves as a meaningful reminder for me whenever I look at it - I am a mum and I am strong.

Today, I celebrate me. For being a dreamer, a hopeless romantic, a stay-at-home mum, a blogger, a wife, a daughter, a friend and all of me. I dare say I am at the point in my life where I am contented with all that I have, I don't desire what I don't have, and every morning (or actually, middle of the night), I wake up with a thankful heart and am happy to be where I am. It might not have been what I envisioned myself to be when I was young and ambitious, but I wouldn't trade it for the world and here is exactly where I wanna be now.

All this wouldn't have been possible without the husband's support so on this day, I give thanks to him too for being the other half, for being the sole breadwinner, for being a hands-on dad when he is around and for letting me pursue my dream of being a full-time mum.

Wishing all ladies a Happy International Women's Day. 祝国际妇女节快乐! ❤ 切记，我们是强者，我们不向困难低头，我们一定行!
