【所需材料和配料】
(温馨提醒:以下都是以一粒牛油果面包而定的材料份量哦!大家可以根据自己想要烹调的牛油果面包数量来决定是否增加材料的多寡哦!)
1. 熟透的牛油果 (表面呈现黑色)?
2. 牛角包或是牛油面包 ?
3. 少许胡椒粉
4. 少许盐巴
5. 番茄1颗 ?
6. 蔬菜 ?
7. 少许牛油
8. 鸡蛋 ?
9. 柠檬 ?

【制作牛油果面包的步骤】
1. 将牛油果切碎
2. 加入少许的盐巴和胡椒粉
3. 将牛油果酱搅拌均匀后加入柠檬汁 (可以先放进冰箱里面预冷)
4. 在面包上涂上一层的牛油然后再涂上牛油果酱
5. 加入蔬菜和番茄片
6. 配上新鲜烹煮的水波蛋
7. 加上您喜欢的任何酱料(美乃滋酱,辣椒酱或是番茄酱)即可
❤️ 如果大家喜欢比较脆口的面包,那么建议大家在加入所有配料后,可以将面包放入烤箱里面烘一烘,这样就会更加的美味可口哦!

【烹煮水波蛋过程 ? 】
1. 先在大汤锅中倒水,然后在撒入少许的盐巴后将水煮沸
2. 如果大家的家中有白醋的话,也可以倒入大约25毫升的白醋,这样做可以让蛋白更快地凝结其来,3. 煮蛋或是取蛋的时候蛋黄和蛋白也不易散开。
4. 大家可以用勺子或是汤匙在水中搅拌出旋涡,然后迅速将蛋壳打开,让其中蛋液可以滑入水波当中
烹煮大约3到5分钟,直至蛋煮好后,就可以用漏勺舀出水波蛋
5. 将舀起的水波蛋放到厨房用纸上吸干水份 ?

This is not a spot-reduction video. I called this "One exercise for the Abs" is because this exercise fires up the entire abs and core, and it has a great cardio element in it. Doing this exercise alone is not sufficient enough to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)
