#人蔘雞湯
小春雞的小鮮肉，在冷颼的寒風裡，
可以給自己一個悶燒爆肚的小確幸，
做法如此簡單，
淨身、塞料、封屁股、再做個藥材泡湯，
一隻小小一餐吃完，沒有剩菜沒有煩惱！
塞肚料我加了黑糙米與鷹嘴豆，
營養素總是比全糯米來得豐富～
藥材可以去中藥行配（說要煮人蔘雞）
我是網購買韓國干料。
雞加酒，有藥材是基本的吧！
但我老公是一點酒味都不行，
所以我說沒有加酒，他問我那要住哪？
傻眼貓咪回過神才懂“機加酒”的幽默～
但也傷心到底什麼時候才能出國機加酒～
只好在家雞加酒了，
熱紅酒，只要特價紅酒，買到不合意的，
我就會拿來煮熱紅酒，
加入香料與羅漢果糖，
再加一點柑橘果皮，很暖身，
推薦給大家銷銷自己酒櫃底部，

材料：
即食人蔘雞湯1000克
烹調：
1. 人蔘雞湯倒入煲內。
2. 預備蔥花。
3. 中慢火煲滾。
4. 要不時攪拌，以防黐底。
5. 開大火至完全滾起。
6. 已煲好，加入蔥花，可享用。
Korean ginseng chicken broth:
Ingredients:
Instant ginseng chicken broth 1000g
Steps:
1. Pour ginseng chicken broth into pot.
2. Prepare spring onion cubes.
3. Boil up at medium~low flame.
4. Stir slowly to avoid sticking to the bottom of pot.
5. Boil up at high flame.
6. Chicken broth has been cooked well. Add spring onion cubes. Serve.
