la biosthetique ptt 在 [請益] 頭皮護理- 看板hairdo 的推薦與評價
我是屬於細軟髮質而且容易出油，每天都一定要洗頭髮，去年暑假開始莫名掉髮很凶，
而且頭皮很脆弱，輕輕扯到頭髮就有刺痛感，一直很不以為意以為是去沖繩曬傷回來。
我通常平均三四個月才會去修剪頭髮，後來因為換工作搬家，同事介紹我一間不錯的美
髮師，就去試試看。
美髮師一開始拿了新年活動的課程有三個價位給我看，後來我選擇最便宜的1188（+400元
剪髮，因為本來就只是來剪頭髮我身上只有1600，才選最便宜課程。
過程：去角質（說是深層清潔把毛囊髒污清除）>停留大約5分鐘後去洗髮。>第
一次洗頭皮使用抗老的產品>第二次洗髮尾使用滋潤產品（我頭髮超乾的）>剪髮
吹毛>在頭皮噴上類似滋養液的產品（有刺痛的感覺，美容師說這是正常的，因為毛
囊被清洗乾淨）
剪頭髮過程中美髮師說我頭頂毛囊已經萎縮，長出來的頭髮很脆弱，頭頂頭髮很少的那塊
頭皮已經黑色素沉澱已經有點偏黃跟旁邊白白的頭皮顯然不健康很多。我有跟他說我最近
掉髮很嚴重而且頭皮有覺得長出來的頭髮都很不健康粗糙的感覺。
第一次基礎的護理課程，老實說沒什麼特別的感覺。
但美髮師建議我來做育髮的課程，說要先活化毛囊，讓毛囊健康才會長出健康的頭髮，不
然等我以後結婚生小孩會掉的更兇，然後建議初期一兩個禮拜一次，改善以後一個月再一
次就好。但課程老實說包套下來蠻貴的...雖然我同事說以前她也是有類似我的情況，他
也覺得有改善，但本人荷包很淺阿。
我再想要不要包套，然後兩個禮拜去一次，再買產品：去角質.養髮洗髮精.滋養液產品平
常在家做居家護理
不知道大家有沒有推薦，我爬文的結果好像juliart 跟艾瑪絲的產品都滿多人推薦的。
美髮師那是使用LA Biosthetique 髮妝之鑰，真的超級貴的。
附上美髮師建議的療程是1680的賦活逆齡裕課程....
