『一時入席 - 盛食當灶 XCHANGE：Social Gastronomy』movement, is a non-profit project by 叉姐 何秀萍 Lili Ho @Lilihopia @BowlBowlDishDish, a famous Lyrics Writer, Host, Musician and much more in personal life in Hong Kong & Internationally! In order to promote less wastage in our own lives, Lili encourages us to bring in some of our own kitchen pantry’s still edible food, and let her team turn them into Recoverable meals for ourselves and for the next guests arriving on the communal table, and also others who might be in need!
