1. F和M簽證可在課程開始日前120天內核發給新生。請不要等到最後一刻才申請簽證！
2. 新生必須在課程開始日前30天內抵達美國。
3. 課程開始日之後才抵達美國的新生將不予以核發簽證。
4. 如果課程開始日有所變更，請務必要求學校在SEVIS系統上更新課程開始日期，才能獲准核發簽證。
