✅3 Cups Water
✅1 Tsp Sesame Oil
✅1 Cup Aged Kimchi
✅1/2 Cup Sliced Onion
✅1/2 Cup Sliced Carrot
✅2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
✅1 Cube Knorr Ikan Bilis
✅1/2 Cup Chopped Scallions
✅1 Block Of Soft Tofu (Cubed)
✅1 Tsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Flakes)
✅1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean Hot Pepper Paste)
✅1 Chicken Thigh Or Breast Meat (Skinless, Boneless & Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces)

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔸Place Kimchi, Chicken, Garlic, Scallions, Sesame Oil, Gochujang, Gochugaru & Knorr Ikan Bilis Cube in the pot.
🔸Pour in water & bring to a boil.
🔸Reduce the heat to a simmer & cook for 5 mins.
🔸Add-In Tofu, Carrots & Onions.
🔸Continue cooking for another 5 mins, adding the egg & scallions at the very end.
🔸Serve immediately, over steaming white rice if desired.

Minami Kizuki - Profile
1989: Born in Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture. A singer with roots tied to the Amami Islands’ folk song genre Shima Uta (Island Songs).
2009, Jan: She made her debut with the song Aitsumugi
2014~: She started appearing on the TV Tokyo program “The Karaoke Battle,” and was the first person to ever win ten titles on the show.
2018: She was responsible for songs in the Taiga drama (TV saga) series Segodon as well as the Taiga travelogue theme.

今回は百均の黒ねこシリコンモールドを使った、ふわっふわのスフレパンケーキです。
メレンゲを混ぜて焼くとお店のパンケーキみたいに焼けますね。

This time it is a fluffy souffle pancake using a silicone mold.

【ingredients】3 silicone molds
2　 Egg yolk
45g Milk
75g pancake mix
2　 Egg white
20g Granulated sugar
Appropriate amount of corn oil
2 tbsp boiling water

【材料】シリコンモールド3個
卵黄　　　　　2個
牛乳　　　　　45g
ホットケーキミックス　75g
卵白　　　　　2個
グラニュー糖 20g
植物油　　　　適量
熱湯　　　　　大さじ2

【作り方】
①ボウルに卵黄、グラニュー糖を加えて良く混ぜて、そこへホットケーキミックスを加えて良く混ぜます。

②よく冷やした卵白をハンドミキサーでふわっと泡が出来るまで泡立てて、そこへグラニュー糖を二回に分けて加えてしっかりと泡立てます。

③①に②のメレンゲの1/3を加えて泡だて器でよく混ぜて、次に残りのメレンゲを加えてゴムベラで優しく混ぜて、油をしいたシリコンモールドに入れます。

④フライパンをコンロにかけて温めて、熱くなったら濡れたふきんにあてて温度を一定にします。

⑤焼くときは火はかなり弱火にして熱湯大さじ１を加えてフタをして12-14分焼いて、ひっくり返したらまた大さじ1の熱湯を加えて6-8分焼きます。
※おうちによってコンロなどが違うので弱火の加減は焦げすぎないように調整してください。

⑥型から出したらパターとメープルシロップをかけていただきます。
