I have been getting the question of balance a lot- how do you balance work and family?
The truth is, I’m still figuring it out - Not everything is so black and white, clean cut, and as straight forward as we would like it. Above all else, I want Naomi to learn that mama loves her unconditionally, no matter what, and from there, she will then also feel safe enough to be exploratory, and become confident, independent, strong, creative, and all those wonderful qualities. I hope that she can see that in me as well, that I could model that for her, and that she could be inspired by me.
But I don’t think the true test is the balancing of actual time spent in the different departments, but how balanced you feel on the inside, and that internal mental balance looks different for everyone - and looks different on different days.
With her, I’m at my weakest, but also at my strongest.

晚上我找音樂找到一半時 真的太想睡了 因為昨天很晚睡今天很早起
於是我就決定我要去睡一小時 訂晚上九點的鬧鐘起床
結果我起床的時候已經晚上十點多了
我想說鬧鐘怎麼沒響＝＝
