Sausage Patty:
500g minced chicken
½ tsp ground dried thyme
½ tsp ground dried sage
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 eggs
