Yesterday, we extended aid to the Orang Asli, Myanmar and Refugee communities.

Pastor Henry of Bukit Beruntung reached out to Maa seeking assistance for these communities in need. We have worked closely with Pastor Henry in the past, for similar projects so there were definitely no second thoughts!

100 sets of care pack aid were prepared under the guidance of Maa, and distributed accordingly.

It was a blessing to be able to witness the joy on the faces of the recipients. It was a beautiful exchange of love through gratitude and empathy.

#FromAMother has successfully aided 628 families with provisions, up to date.

We look to serve more families in need of basic necessities and humbly appreciate any amount of contribution made towards the #FromAMother project.

Last week, I went to BLESS Shop (also known as Kedai BLESS) at CITTA Mall Ara Damansara. A project under SIBKL Community Berhad, it is a fully non-profit organisation selling donated secondhand as well as new items, such as clothes, shoes, bags, toys, books and even furniture.

Aiming to bless the lower income communities with a place to shop for low-priced items at high quality, BLESS Shop also hopes to raise money through selling second-hand items while contributing to charitable causes.

Their net profit are channelled to two main groups – the Myanmar Refugee Children and drug rehabilitation centres.
.
BLESS Shop is made up of 5 physical retail outlets, which strategically located at Midvalley Megamall, 1 Utama, CITTA Mall, Sunway Mas Commercial Centre, and Ara Jaya.
