早已在IG上追蹤灑鹽哥很久了！（如果你還不知道這位全球有1600萬粉絲的牛排餐廳老闆，請看 https://instagram.com/nusr_et ) 這次到杜拜的一日遊，其中一件事就是要去朝聖灑鹽哥的餐廳Nusr-Et，若要問他的牛排貴不貴，大概2000多台幣到接近萬元一份都有（有附上菜單照片），但他的一份是12-16oz，可以兩個人食用再點些開胃菜跟配菜，反而是飲料跟酒比較貴。
因為我們平常就比較喜愛油花多的肋眼，所以先點了一份肋眼，他是處理成兩大片薄片，Y一編吃完以後意猶未盡又再加點了半份菲力，不得不說Nusr-Et的牛肉品質果然好，牛肉味很香，不管是菲力還肋眼都很嫩，但因為是薄片我們又只要三分熟，所以我覺得表面有些不夠熱，如果想要桌邊服務的話可以點厚塊的牛排，服務生會幫你切肉跟灑鹽，還有一些開胃菜也會有桌邊服務，都很有效果，有趣的是桌上的鹽並沒有放湯匙，就是要你用手抓鹽來灑😂
店內有一個冰櫃放滿了讓人流口水的肉品（但我不好意思拍照），服務生除了很有型以外素質也很高，Nusret本人晚上用餐時間他幾乎都會出現在店內（但就是看他剛好是在哪個國家的分店），在這邊的用餐經驗很愉快，跟我們一樣當作去朝聖試一次看看很OK👍🏽

Nusret Gökçe aka salt before anyone else or salt bae

He is a Turkish who happens to be in a poor family, has a father as a miner.

Gökçe's childhood life is pretty tough. His family has financial problems.

So he only had a chance to study in elementary school.

When I didn't continue studying, he had to start looking for a job.

He was only 13 years old, internship as a kitchen washing boy in turkey. His Hometown Works 18 hours a day.

And then he became an assistant in the meat shed.

Like this is the lowest point of life

.. but at this point, I made a dream for gökçe..

From being around in the kitchen all day, making him love the atmosphere of cuddle restaurants. Love cooking and making him inspired to have his own restaurant.

After knowing what he liked, he didn't wait.

Gökçe took his storage for about 2 hundred thousand baht. Departure to Argentina with a dream of owning a restaurant.

At Buenos Aires, Argentina Gökçe aims to learn as much about the meat industry, including using various kinds of vegetables.

From studying and loving what he likes, his dreams come true at 27 years old.

Gökçe flew home to Turkish with the skills collected from Argentina. He opened his first restaurant called Nusr-et steakhouse.

The name of nusr-et steakhouse is a name of nusret to play with the word et that means meat is a small steak shop with 8 tables and 10 employees.

昨天去 Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach 裡「灑鹽大叔」的牛排餐廳 Nusr-Et Dubai 吃飯～ 在杜拜，飯店裡的餐廳，幾乎都可以賣酒，有賣酒的地方，生意通常也特別好🤣

灑鹽大叔偶爾會來這兒看看，幸運的話，就可以跟這位「網紅」拍拍照、聊聊天喔！

這裡的牛排是好吃的～ 推薦那個我手上拿的「超大」牛排！ 很嫩啊～ 但消費是算不便宜～ 平均一個人500～600迪拉姆（大約5000台幣）（沒什麼喝酒的話💁🏻），但以杜拜飯店裡的好餐廳來說，還算合理價位👌🏻

連餐巾紙都印有大叔的「招牌動作」太可愛了🤣🤣🤣

昨天的穿搭～ 有去 SpoilMe 網站上看的人，應該會覺得眼熟？！

Untuk episode ke 5 ni aku dan wife singgah makan di restoran terkenal #SaltBae iaitu Nusr-Et yang terletak di Bebek, Besiktas/Istanbul (Bebek tu nama tempat). Siapa yang tak kenal Salt Bae yang famous dengan cara dia handle daging dan signature move dia tabur garam dengan macho dan segaknya. Restoran Nusr-et ni bersepah juga di Istanbul ni dan juga beberapa bandar besar lain seperti Dubai dan New York. Aku sebenarnya jadi rambang mata bila tengok buku menu di Nusr-Et ni sebab semuanya sedap-sedap belaka. Harga memang agak mahal sikit lah berbanding steakhouse yang lain. So untuk taknak membazir, aku order portion yang tak melebih-lebih maksudnya aku dan wife boleh habiskan. Untuk Nusr-et Special tu kami order 3 portion, 1 burger dan beberapa air Coke (Sedap makan daging ni bersulam dengan Coke). Harga memang agak kasar tapi serious PUAS HATI gilababeng. Beef fillet tu makan dengan melted butter dan garam pun dah sedap. Tak perlu nak sos-sos BBQ ke Black Pepper ke. Tak perlu tu semua. Sebab daging diorang guna super high quality. Satu pengalaman yang aku takkan lupakan sebagai seorang food & travel vlogger :D

Bò Dubai dát vàng 18k - Khoa Pug kết thúc hành trình Dubai tại nhà hàng thánh rắc muối Salt Bae. Beefsteak gold 18k Dubai at Nusret restaurant.
- Đây là video cuối cùng tại Dubai và theo nhiều bạn từ đầu hành trình đến giờ yêu cầu mình review nhà hàng của thánh rắc thính Salt Bae nên mình đến đây đốt tiền lần cuối :D
- Cách trung tâm Dubai khoảng 10km, nằm gọn trong khuôn viên resort Four Season là nhà hàng Nusret của Salt Bae. Nusr-et là tên Thổ Nhĩ Kì của ông, Salt Bae là nickname thôi :D
- Quá nổi tiếng vì các video viral trên mạng xã hội về kiểu rắc muối không giống ai nên đa số thực khách đến nhà hàng này là khách du lịch. Một phần là họ tò mò về vị chủ nhân của nhà hàng, một phần là muốn thưởng thức xem món thịt bò beefsteak của ông có ngon như phong cách của ổng ko haha.
- Muốn ăn ở đây thì bạn phải đặt bàn trước, ít nhất là 1 tuần may ra mới có bàn, vì thế đừng dại dột đến bất ngờ, bị đuổi về thì bao nhục :P
- Nhà hàng cũng khá nhỏ, không to như mọi người nghĩ, nhân viên phục vụ mặc đồ theo phong cách Thổ Nhĩ Kì.
- Đã không đến review thì thôi, đến rồi thì review món mắc nhất nhà hàng là món bò Wagyu dát vàng 18k, không thì các bạn lại thắc mắc nữa kaka.
- Đố các bạn biết thịt bò họ dát vàng xong nướng hay nướng xong dát vàng đó :P
- Một phần bò bít tết dát vàng 400g là 1250 DIR, tương đương khoảng 8tr2. Bò wagyu úc nha, ở Dubai thì đa số ăn bò Wagyu là món bò rẻ tiền nhất rồi :D
- Từ đầu hành trình mình có nói ở Dubai họ coi trọng bề ngoài lắm, vì thế họ thấy mình đeo Rolex vàng vào nhà hàng là họ cứ chèo kéo mình ăn phần bít tết Tom&Jerry siêu to khổng lồ dát vàng, bà mẹ phần này gần 2kg thịt, giá 2500 DIR ~ 16tr, ăn sao nổi. Mình từ chối gần 30 phút họ mới buông tha để mình order phần bò bít tết dát vàng loại 400gr. Bà mẹ nó khổ haha
- Khi gọi phần bò dát vàng bạn sẽ được đầu bếp ra tận bàn phục vụ, cắt, rắc muối như trong video, chỉ có điều không phải thánh Salt Bae làm thôi haha, muốn ổng trực tiếp ra làm chắc trả thêm gấp 10 quá :P
- Mình nhận xét sơ qua về phần bít tết thì nướng khá cháy, ăn cực kì đắng, thật sự không ngon như tưởng tượng, thua xa bít tết ở các nhà hàng VN mình làm, đúng là đến đây ăn chủ yếu checkin, chứ để thưởng thức thì không đáng.
- Nói chung tổng kết lại hành trình Dubai này thì mình thấy cũng ok, không gặp nguy hiểm chặt chém gì như ở Ai Cập, có điều giá cả đắt đỏ, thời tiết nóng bức và đồ ăn không ngon thôi haha.
