🌟 Kagoshima style Cured Mackerel Salad with TanKan 桶柑, Passionfruit, Pineapple & Mango Vinaigrette dressing HKD $93. The fish was not that good tonight, its bought pre-marinated, so wasn't another Katsuo tataki we ordered 😢, but the Veggies here for Salads or Nabes are known to be super fresh in HK stores, which makes up for it
🌟 奄美海蕴枝豆玉子春巻 Amami Island style Mozuku Seaweed, Scrambled Eggs & Edamame spring rolls $98
🏖️ 甑島 Koshikishima, Kagoshima style marinated Kibinago Tempura with Matcha salt $98. A bit fishy tonight. Me and friend think nowadays, better to stick to their meat, chicken & salad dishes! 🤔
🌟 Crab Meat Souffle Omelette $108. A Signature here, which is inverted in front of customers. The dashi within the wobbly egg was great, between savory with mild sweetness, this was the best version I have eaten here from even before they opened shop. As @olfooddiary organized a preview of the meal before they opened in Harbour City once!

The Pickled Red Ginger as a large slice, is actually part of how it's meant to be served. There are also other protocols in Osaka which are required to be observed. For example, since the sauce in Japan is communal shared in the same container. There is absolutely No Double Dipping allowed even if ur drunk or u wud prob be kicked out, better known as #二度漬け禁止 culture 🙅🏻♂️🙅🏻♀️.
Osakan people pride themselves having a great sense of sarcastic humor, so this was a custom created to take a dig at others not abiding to their Dining rules. If anyone also knows the Osakan Star Wars slashing a foreigner on the street with an invisible Sword trick, well this was considered fairly similar & aimed to be fun for participation by anyone!!
The sauce & frying batter style for Kushikatsu or Kushiage, also have a particular tasting spectrum to me 🤔 Along together with plenty of Raw Cabbages to counter the frying. So even though I have been going to Hidden quite a bit longer, u can probably see why I feel a bit more appealed to go @JunG39_japan usually as it is totally reenacting the right culture behind its story! Coz sometimes it isn't just about the food taste quality 😋🎌
