After seeing all the the delicious food coming out of Disney's Ratatouille on Amazon Prime Video, we wanted to try making some of the dishes ourselves!
Though the dishes look hard to prepare, the only effort needed in this recipe is in the arrangement! We've cut out some of the harder parts to make it easier to prepare Remy's delicious restaurant style Ratatouille.
As long as you can cut your ingredients to the right size, you can put in what you like, and you'll end up with a gorgeous ratatouille, perfect for putting on your Instagram.
However, we think you can't leave out the yellow zucchini for the color and taste it provides! Once you get your hands on some yellow zucchini, please try making this along with the bacon roses, which can also be baked in the oven.
*Recipe* (makes enough for 1 heat resistant plate that is 16 cm)
First, make the bacon roses.
1. Cut open the center of the bacon, leaving around 1.5 cm at both ends.
2. Take one end and pass it through the cut you made in the center twice.
3. Take and end, and wrap the bacon into a roll, then run a long piece of pasta through the rolled bacon to hold it together.
If you cut the bacon in half beforehand, you can make smaller roses.
Making the Ratatouille
4. Cut up 1 eggplant, green or yellow zucchini, half a carrot each, and 5 tomatoes. Since the carrots take longer to cook, use a vegetable slicer to slice them thin. For the other vegetables, cut them into 3-4 millimeter slices. You will need a little over 20 slices of each vegetable.
5. Put your preferred choice of tomato sauce into the heat resistant plate. (This time I ended up using some leftover pizza sauce 100 g).
6. Arrange 4 onto 5.
7. Spread some olive oil on top, then sprinkle some salt and dry basil (dry oregano will work as well). Place an oven sheet on top to prevent it from burning.
8. Place 7 and 3 on a baking sheet, then bake in the oven at 170° C for 30 minutes. Remove the bacon 20 minutes in.
9. Arrange the Ratatouille and bacon on a plate, and dig in. The carrots were a bit hard this time. Please take care to slice them extremely thin.

手が込んでるように見えるけど、このお料理の頑張るところは並べるところだけ!難しいところは省略で、レミーのおいしいレストラン風 ラタトゥイユのできあがり。
大きささえ揃っていれば好きなものを並べて焼けばかわいく仕上がるインスタ映えラタトゥイユ。
でも色味的に黄色いズッキーニは外せないと妄想グルメは思っています。黄色いズッキーニが手に入ったら一緒にオーブンで焼けるベーコンのバラと作ってみてください。
*レシピ*(16センチの耐熱皿 1個分)
まず、添えるベーコンのバラを作ります
1.ベーコンは両端を1.5センチ程残し、真ん中を切り開く。
2.ベーコンの片端を真ん中に切り開いた部分に2回通して返す。
3.端からなんとなくクルクル巻き、巻き終わりを長めのパスタを刺して留める。
ベーコンの幅を1/2にしたもので作ると小ぶりのバラが作れます。
ラタトゥイユを作ります
4.なす 1本、緑・黄色のズッキーニ、人参 各 半分、フルーツトマト 5個を切る。人参は火の通りが悪いのでスライサーで極薄切りする。それ以外は3~4ミリ程度の薄切りにする。各 20枚強必要。
5.耐熱皿にお好みのトマトソース(今回は冷蔵庫に余っていた市販ピザソース 100g)を入れる。
6.5に4を並べる。
7.オリーブオイルを回しかけ、塩とドライバジル(ドライオレガノも合います)をふる。焦げの予防にオーブンシートをかける。
8.天板に7と3をのせ、170度に予熱したオーブンで30分焼く。残り10分でベーコンだけ取り出す。
9.お皿にラタトゥイユとベーコンを盛り付けて、いただきます。人参、ちょっと硬かった。作るときは極薄切りでお願いします。

RED and BLUE EGG CREPES
1. Dilute each gel color with a little milk (or water) to give a thin consistency.
2. Put 1/2 egg white in 2 small bowls. Mix in each color and a bit of salt. Heat cooking oil in a small pan on low heat, pour the egg mixture in the pan and spread over the surface. Cook the egg until the edges begin to dry, then flip it over and cook the other side.
YELLOW EGG CREPES
1. Beat egg yolk in a small bowl and season it with a bit of salt.

SAILOR MOON
1. With a permanent marker (Sharpie), trace your favorite Sailor Moon illustration on the parchment paper and cut all parts into pieces.
2. Place the stencil pieces on the egg crepes, sliced cheese and sliced ham, then cut them out using a design knife. Cut out Nori seaweed sheet to make her eye lashes and nose.
3. Use a bit of mayonnaise to attach the cutouts onto a sliced cheese.
4. Put cooked rice in a bento box. Then top with some rice seasoning of your choice and place the decorated cheese on top.
5. Arrange with side dishes.

A macaron is a sweet meringue-based French confectionery. It is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside.
This is the basic macaron recipe with the basic buttercream filling ;) You can customize with any color and flavor.

How to Make Panda Macaron
Difficulty: Patience
Time: 3hours
Number of servings: 10 large macarons
Necessary Equipment:
electric mixer
pastry bag with a 3/8-inch round tip
Ingredients:
((Macaron Shells))
55g (2oz.) egg whites
50g (1.8oz.) granulated sugar
60g (2.1oz.) ground almonds (without skin)
80g (2.8oz.) powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
((Buttercream Filling))
2 egg yolks
40g (1.4oz.) granulated sugar
100g (3.5oz.) unsalted butter *room temperature
vanilla extract
((Decoration))
brown and pink chocolate pens
Directions:
((Macaron Shells))
1. To draw panda face, you want to make large macarons. So, draw about an inch and a half wide circles (leaving about 2 inches between) on a piece of paper. To make perfect uniform circles, you wanted to place it under the parchment paper to trace. You can search for the template online.
2. Measure the egg whites in a large bowl, and keep in the fridge (to make them easier to whip). Sift in ground almonds and powdered sugar in a large bowl, then keep in the fridge (to let them stay dry).
3. Meringue: Whip egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar 1/3 at a time, then continue to whip until stiff glossy peaks form when you lift the beaters.
4. Add the meringue into the dry ingredients, and mix with a silicone spatula until just incorporated.
5. Macaronnage: Punch down the spatula into the batter, then scrape batter from the sides to the center, and punch again. Repeat this for 10 or more times (depending on your arm strength) until the batter slowly and continuously drips back into the bowl like a ribbon when you scoop it up with the spatula.
6. Line baking sheets with parchment paper, place the template under the parchment paper. Fit a pastry bag with a 3/8-inch round tip, and fill with batter. Pipe out the batter in the circles (the batter will spread a little, so keep it smaller). Tap bottom of each baking sheet (or slam on the counter) to release any air bubbles in macarons.
7. Let stand at room temperature until dry, and a skin forms on the tops, for about 30 minutes or more. Make sure the batter will not stick to your finger.
8. Preheat the oven to 150C (302F). Bake for 14-15 minutes. Let the macarons cool completely on the baking sheet.
((Buttercream Filling))
1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until they turn a lemon-yellow color and thick.
2. Add the butter and mix well. Then add vanilla extract to taste.
3. Pour the buttercream into a pastry bag.
((Decoration))
1. Pipe about 1 teaspoon buttercream on to the middle of one shell, then gently place another shell on top.
2. Set the chocolate pens in a cup of hot water for a few minutes. Cut the tip of the chocolate pens and draw panda faces on the macarons.
Rest the filled macarons for a day before eating them. You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
