Portugese Egg Tart 🥮
bahan2 :
-Kulit pratha Brand KAWAN ,(8 keping dapat membuat 12 biji) atau boleh guna puff pastry
-Whipping cream -75g
-Telur-2 biji
-Gula pasir-50g
-Air panas -110ml
Cara-caranya
1. Masukkan air panas dan gula halus dalam bekas, kacau dan sejukkan. Masukkan telur, Whipping cream, kacau rata dan ketepikan. Masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk sehingga sejuk selama setengah jam.
Cara gulung pastry rujuk gambar kat komen.👇
2. Keluarkan Pastry dari peti sejuk dan biarkan sejuk selama 5 minit.Ratakan menjadi empat segi Pastry seperti gambar satu dan gulung seperti gambar 1
3. Setelah gulungan pertama digulung, gulung sekali lagi Pastry menjadi seperti gambar 2....
4. Potong pastri yang digulung menjadi tiga bahagian seperti gambar 3....
5. Masukan dalam bekas acuan pastri puff,tekan mengikut acuan..seperti gambar 4....
6. Cucuk beberapa lubang dengan garpu pada bagian bawah pastri tadi seperti gambar 5...
(untuk mengelakkan kuning telur mengembung semasa membakar)...
Panaskan Air fryer pada suhu 160c selama 5 minit. Kemudian masukkan Tart Portuguese dan bakar selama 15 minit. Selepas 15 minit, sesuaikan suhu hingga 180c-bakar selama 5 minit tambahan, dan biarkan Tart Portuguese berwarna kegaringan. (Perbezaan suhu setiap oven berbeza, anda boleh menyesuaikannya sendiri)

Fruit galette is so gorgeous in its rustic form. It’s a French pastry similar to a tart or a pie, the famous one is Galette des rois (king cake). The fruit galette is another free form pie with fruit filling, and the crust folded partway over the top of the filling, looks like a flat round pie. The best part is the pastry dough is simple to make for even beginners, it's quite a bit less effort than puff pastry, but the result is amazing.
In this video we'll show you how to make the delicious strawberry galette in an easy way. This galette recipe features jammy strawberries and an ultra flaky, buttery crust. Enjoy. :)

How to make French Strawberry & Blueberry Galette
French Style Strawberry & Blueberry Galette Recipe
☞ Yield: Serve 3~4
✎ Ingredients
📍 Pie dough
all purpose flour 100g (plus more for dusting)
granulated sugar 15g
a pinch of salt
unsalted butter 80g (Iced, cut into cubes)
iced water 30g
one egg
crystal brown sugar Q.S
📍fruits filling
strawberries 180g
blueberries 40g
granulated sugar 30g
corn starch 6g
half lemon zest
lemon juice 2g
✎ Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt together until well combined.
2. Add very cold butter cubes and toss in the flour and until each piece is coated. Just take a piece of butter, using your fingertips to press it flat, then complete all. If your fingers warm up the butter too much, you can chill for 10 minutes
3. Add ice water and mix with your fingertips until the dough holds together enough to form a ball. If too dry, drop the remaining water. Lumps of dough are OK.
4. Put the dough onto a piece of plastic wrap, and flatten into a disk and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Make the fruit filling. Pinch off the green and slice the strawberries.
6. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries and blueberries with sugar and cornstarch. Zest half of lemon and squeeze a little lemon juice. Toss the fruit mixture together, set aside.
7. Lightly flour your working surface, so the pastry doesn't stick. Unwrap the dough and roll it into a 26cm/10-inch round circle about 3mm~4mm thick.
8. Pile the fruit filling onto the center of the dough and leave at least 2 inches border around the edge. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling.
9. Brush the edges with the egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
10. Preheat the oven to 220C and bake for 25 minutes. Once baked, transfer onto a wire rack and cool completely.
10. Let cool before slicing and serving with an ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream to take it to the next level!

Resepi Tart Telur Portugis Puff Pastri
Bahan-bahan
350 ml susu segar
100 ml krim putar bukan tenusu
150 gm gula kastor
1 sb esen vanila
secubit garam
4 biji telur
puff pastri
Cara memasak
1. Pecahkan telur dan masukkan esen vanila, gula kastor, susu segar, krim putar bukan tenusu dan garam.
2. Pukul seketika sehingga campuran sebati. Ketepikan.
3. Taburkan sedikit tepung gandum ke atas papan canai dan potong puff pastry menggunakan cookies cutter.
4. Canai dan bentukkan puff pastry tersebut pada acuan aluminum.
5. Cucuk permukaan puff pastry menggunakan garfu.
6. Tapiskan campuran telur dan tuang ke dalam acuan.
7. Bakar di dalam air fryer selama 15 minit pada suhu 160°C .
8. Portuguese Egg Tart siap untuk dihidangkan.

Portuguese Egg Tart Puff Pastry Recipe
Ingredients
350 ml fresh milk
100 ml non dairy whipping cream
150 gm castor sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
pinch of salt
4 nos eggs
puff pastry
Cooking methods
1. Crack eggs and add in vanilla essence, castor sugar, fresh milk, non dairy whipping cream and salt.
2. Whisk until the mixture well combine. Set aside.
3. Dust flour on chopping board and cut puff pastry using cookies cutter.
4. Roll and shape the puff pastry on an aluminum mold.
5. Using a fork press the tines into the bottom of the puff pastry.
6. Sieve the egg mixture and pour in the mixture.
7. Bake into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 160°C.
8. Portuguese Egg Tarts is ready to be served.

우리집 베이킹 역사상 최고의 포르투갈식 에그타르트를 만들었어요!
방법은 약간 어렵지만
정말 이건 혼자 먹기 아까운 레시피니까
집에서 여유 있을 때 홈베이킹으로 꼭 한번 시도해보세요~

做了外皮像可頌一樣酥脆,內餡柔軟香甜
我們家烘焙史上最棒的葡式蛋塔
雖然方法有點難
但這個只有我們知道太可惜了
有機會在家一定要試著做做看喔
PS. 因為想常做這個來吃,於是還買了烤模^^
【겉바속촉 에그타르트】
준비물[컵(밑지름 6cm, 높이 4cm) 사이즈로 8-9ea 기준] ▸
- 타르트 시트_Tart Sheet
중력분(150g), 무염버터(35g), 물(65g), 소금(2g), 설탕(3g), 반죽 바르는 용의 무염버터(25g씩 3번 총 75g)
All purpose flour(150g), butter(35g), water(65g), salt(2g), sugar(3g), butter(25g each for 3 times, total 75g)
- 타르트 필링_Tart filling
노른자 3개(48g), 설탕(40g), 생크림(135g), 우유(55g), 연유(20g), 바닐라오일(3방울)
Egg yolk(3ea, 48g), sugar(40g), fresh cream(135g), milk(55g), condensed milk(20g), vanilla oil(3 drops)
조리순서 ▸
① (시트 반죽) 중력분+차가운 버터를 넣고 버터를 쌀알 크기로 잘라주면서 섞어주기
② 물+설탕+소금을 섞어 중력분에 붓고 한덩이가 될 때까지 뭉쳐주기
③ 반죽을 랩 위에서 얇고 넓게 펴서 버터를 골고루 발라주고 3절 접어 냉장보관(3번 반복)
④ (필링) 시트 만들어지는 동안 볼에 노른자와 설탕을 넣고 섞어주기
⑤ 냄비에 생크림+연유+우유+바닐라오일을 넣고 70℃가 될 때까지 끓여주기
⑥ 온도가 되면 혼합물을 노른자가 있는 볼에 넣고 섞은 후 랩 씌우고 구멍 뚫어서 냉장보관
⑦ 모두 준비되면 반죽을 넓게 펼쳐 둥글게 잘라 틀에 넣고 성형하고, 필링은 70%정도 채우기
⑧ 오븐 성능에 따라 180-190℃로 35-40분가량 원하는 굽기로 구워주기
⑨ 오븐에서 꺼내면 잠시 식혀두었다가 틀 제거
식재료 비용 ▸ 총 1,500원 미만

- 塔皮
中筋麵粉(150g)、無鹽奶油(35g)、水(65g)、鹽(2g)、糖(3g)、塗麵糰用的無鹽奶油(一次25g,3次共75g)
- 內餡
3個蛋黃(48g)、糖(40g)、鮮奶油(135g)、牛奶(55g)、煉乳(20g)、香草油(3滴)
料理順序 ▸
① (塔皮麵糰) 中筋麵粉裡放冰冷的奶油,將奶油切成米粒大小混合
② 水+糖+鹽攪拌後倒入中筋麵粉,攪拌混合成一塊麵糰
③ 將麵糰置於保鮮膜上推薄,均勻塗上奶油後三折冷藏(重複三次)
④ (內餡) 麵糰冷藏期間,在盆子中倒入蛋黃和糖攪拌
⑤ 在鍋子中倒入鮮奶油+煉乳+牛奶+香草油並加熱至70℃
⑥ 溫度到了後,倒入蛋黃盆裡攪拌,包保鮮膜戳洞冷藏
⑦ 全部準備好之後,將麵糰推薄切圓,放入烤模塑形,內餡倒至70%
⑧ 依據烤箱性能用180-190℃烤35-40分鐘左右
⑨ 從烤箱取出後,稍微冷卻再取出蛋塔
食材費用 ▸ 一共不到1,500韓元(約台幣40元)
