โดยในครั้งนี้คือ Sexy Leon หรือ ม็อดที่จะทำให้ตัวละคร Leon Kennedy ถอดเสื้อผ้าหมด เหลือแต่กางเกงว่ายน้ำสุดเซ็กซี่ ซึ่งม็อดนี้จะไปทำหน้าที่แทนชุด Arklay Sheriff ซึ่งเป็น DLC สำหรับตัวเกมแบบ Deluxe (หรือซื้อ DLC ตัวนี้แยกก็ได้)

สามารถเข้าไปโหลดมาใช้ได้ที่นี่ (ต้องสมัคร Nexusmods ก่อน จากนั้นเข้าไปตั้งค่าให้มองเห็น Adult Content)

จากนั้นโหลดไฟล์ม็อดมา แล้วนำไฟล์ sexy_leon.rar ไปใส่ไว้ใน \modmanager\Games\RE2R\Mods จากนั้นรันตัว Mod Manager แล้วกด Activate ม็อด

หรืออีกวิธีคือ ไปที่ Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2 จากนั้นเปลี่ยนชื่อหรือแบคอัพโฟลเดอร์ 920560 จากนั้น Extract ไฟล์ทั้งหมดใน sexy_leon.rar ไปไว้ใน \RESIDENT EVIL 2 BIOHAZARD RE2

ข้อควรรู้
- ส่วนหัวและคอของโมเดลไม่เชื่อมต่อกัน แค่เหลื่อมทับกันเท่านั้น แต่ผู้พัฒนาม็อดกล่าวว่า ทำได้เท่านี้ก่อนในตอนนี้
- ฝนในเกมอาจจะทิ้งลายแปลกๆบนร่างกาย Leon เอาไว้
- ในคัทซีนบางส่วน ร่างกาย Leon อาจจะหายไป ถ้ากล้องอยู่ห่างเกินไป
- กรณีที่ไม่ได้ใช้ ปืนของ Legon จะลอยอยู่ใกล้ๆร่างกายของเขา

You should know.
- model header and neck are not connected. Only overlap, but the cuddle th person says that's all they can do this now.
- rain in the game may leave a strange pattern on Leon's body.
- in some of the cuddle scene, Leon's body might disappear if the camera is too far away.
- Legon's unused cases will float near his body.
